SOLUTION: This resin is obtained by affording itself with a structure of the formula (Z is a group having bulky cyclic structure; R1 is H or methyl; R2 is a 1-16C hydrocarbon; X and Y are each an alkylene; when (l+m+n+o+ p)=100, (l) is 20-90; (m) is 5-40; (n) is 0-50; (o) is 10-80; (p) is 0-40). This resin is obtained, for example, by copolymerization between 20-90 mol of methyl methacrylate, 5-40 mol of a vinyl monomer having bulky cyclic structure, 0-50 mol.% of methacrylic acid, and 10-80 mol.% of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate followed by reaction of methacryloyloxyethyl isocyanate (e.g. 2-isocyanateethyl methacrylate) with the hydroxyl groups in the resulting copolymer.

SOLUTION: A urethane-modified acrylic resin having a structure of the formula and desirably having a molecular weight of 10,000-200,000 is selected. In the formula, R1 is H or CH3 ; R2 is a 1-16C hydrocarbon group; X and Y are each a linear or branched alkylene; and (l) is 20-90, (m) is 0-50, (n) is 10-80, and (o) is 0-20, provided that l+m+n+o=100. This resin is combined with at least one member selected among a silylisocyanate compound, a silanol- modified silicone oil, a phosphoric ester compound, an isocyanate-modified silicon compound having at least one free NCO group, and a silicon-modified resin to obtain a film-forming component for a heat-resistant coating material. The coating material is useful to form a heat-resistant slippery layer excellent in flexibility, slipperiness, thermal heat running performances, or the like, on a thermal transfer sheet.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin which can form a film and has excellent heat resistance and flexibility by reacting a polyvinyl butyral resin with an isocyanato (meth)acrylic acid or a derivative thereof. SOLUTION: To a solution obtained by dissolving a polyvinyl butyral resin in a solvent such as a ketone, cellosolver or DMSO, an isocyanate (meth)acrylic acid or a derivative thereof is added dropwise under agitation in such an amount that the ratio of isocyanato groups is 0.1-5 mol, desirably 0.5-3 mol per mol of the hydroxyl groups of the resin to form urethane bonds resulting from the reaction between the isocyanato groups and the hydroxyl groups. (Meth) acryloyl groups are introduced through the urethane bonds into the polyvinyl butyral resin to obtain the title resin of the formula [wherein X is H or acetyl; Y is a (meth)acryloyl-containing group; (l) is 40-85; (m) is 0-10; (m) is 0-10; (n) is 15-50; and l+m+n is 100].

It is recommended that this resin is obtained, for example, by copolymerization between 20-90 mol of methyl methacrylate, 5-40 mol of a cyclic hydrophilic group-contg. vinyl monomer such as vinylpyrrolidone, 0-50 mol.% of methacrylic acid, and 10-80 mol.% of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate followed by reaction of methacryloyloxyethyl isocyanate with the hydroxyl groups in the resulting copolymer.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize excellent antistatic properties, heat resistance, film performance, slipperiness and the like and the favorable running property of a thermal head by a method wherein primer layers contain electrically conductive carbon black and is formed in a manner concealing no detecting mark. SOLUTION: On one side of a base material sheet 1, yellow(Y), magenta(M) and cyan(C) coloring material layers are formed and further detecting marks 2 are formed adjacent to coloring material layers. Further, primer layers 3 containing electrically conductive carbon black is formed on the back side of the base material sheet 1 in a manner that the primer layers e do not conceal the detecting marks 2 when seen from the back side. In addition, a heat resisting lubricity layer 4 is formed so as to cover the primer layers 3. This antstatic primer layer 3 is mainly made of a binder having favorable adhesion to both the base film and the heat resisting lubricity layer and the carbon black as an antistatic agent. The method for forming the primer layer 3 is performed by coating liquid which is prepared by dissolving and dispersing the binder and carbon black in the mixture with water soluble organic solvent.
