A clamping screw 16 is threaded in and passed through the upper arm 12 of the clamp mainbody 15 in the direction that it is opposed to the lower arm 13. A rope hanging ring member 17 is oscillatably mounted on the lower arm 13.

摘要： PURPOSE:To quickly decide a receiving state, a waiting state or a transmitting state with only the color of illumination of an LCD by providing a transmission/ reception circuit and a control circuit which controls a display device and an illumination device and by giving the commands to the control circuit from an input operation part. CONSTITUTION:When an input operation part 4 operates to illuminate the display contents of an LCD 1, a terminal (a) of a control circuit 2 is set at an H level and a current flows to an LED 6 via a resistance 7. Thus the LED 7 emits the yellow light so that the display contents of the LCD 1 can be known. Then it is supposed that a radio communication equipment receives a desired radio wave and is set in a receiving state. Thus a terminal (b) of the circuit 2 is set at an H level and a current flows to an LED 8 via a resistance 9. Then the LED 8 emits the green light. Under such conditions, the display contents of the LCD can be read in green by the illumination of the LED 8. Furthermore a transmission/reception changeover switch 5 is turned on and the communication equipment is set in a transmitting state. Thus a terminal (c) of the circuit 2 is set at an H level and an LED 10 emits the red light.
