    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cylinder concrete from crushing (by thermal expansion) in heating a concrete floor which is to heat inside the cylinder concrete with a hot water pipe. SOLUTION: A hot water pipe 26 made of synthetic resin is installed meandering on the surface of a foundation floor. The whole length of pipe 26 is covered with a C-form channel steel 20, to which a heat insulation 30 is continuously fixed as positioned over the pipe 26. The space defined by the inner wall of the channel steel 20 and the outer wall of the pipe 26 is filled with a heat conductive material 28 consisting of a mixture of aluminum powder, sand, and zeolite. A cylinder concrete layer 32 is formed on the surface of the foundation floor, and the channel steel 20 is embedded in this layer 32. The heat conducted from the pipe 26 to the material 28 is radiated to the cylinder concrete layer 32 from that wall surface area of channel steel 20 where no heat insulation 30 is provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To align a hot water pipeline with ease and prevent the location of piping for a long time from being shifted by providing a pipe fixing section which clamps a hot water pipeline formed integrally with a support body and whose vertical section is reversely Ω-shaped. SOLUTION: This floor heating pipe fixing member 5 is raised up on both ends substantially at right angles and thereby forms a locking section 35 and provides a support body 31 having a fit-in length between floor joists 1 and at least a pipe fixing section 33 which clamps a hot water pipeline 4 formed integrally with this support body 31 on the side where the locking section 35 of this support body 31 rises and whose vertical section is reversely Ω-shaped. A locking member insertion hole 34, which fixes the support body 31 with the floor joists 1, is bored in the locking section 35 formed on both ends of this support body 31. This floor heating pipe fixing member 5 is loaded on a heat radiation metal sheet 3 between the floor joists 1 so that it may be disposed at right angles with respect to the longitudinal direction of the floor joists 1, thereby serving a fixing member of the hot water pipeline 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a high thermal efficiency, a positive fixing of a heating element and a powerful fixing of a floor finishing material in a floor heating structure in which the heating element is arranged on a foundation concrete structure and a floor finishing material is placed on the surface of the foundation concrete. SOLUTION: A metallic net member C having a floor heating heater B contacted at its lower surface, a floor finishing material fixing mortar D and a floor finishing material E are arranged in sequence in this order on a foundation concrete structure A. Thermal insulating concrete material is filled and solidified in a space enclosed by the structure A, the net member C and the heating heater. Concrete material F is integrally assembled with the structure A, a heater 4, the net member C and the fixing mortar D. As fixing mortar D, preferably, fixing mortar having cation type chloroprene polymer emulsion contained therein is applied, resulting in that a floor heating structure having the mortar integrally assembled with the floor finishing material is attained.

    • PURPOSE: To make a mean radiation heat temperature produced from an entire surface of a hot water mat and to enable a comfortable floor heating by a method wherein a flow of hot water in each of thermal radiation pipes between small beams is set to become an opposing flow in adjoining flows from each other. CONSTITUTION: Hot water of about 60 deg.C supplied from a heat source machine enters from a hot water inlet 5 of a hot water header 4 into the header 4. Tile water is divided into two branches within it, one flow enters from a hot water supply port 7 placed at the left side of the hot water header 4 into a thermal radiation pipe 3, passes through between the left side small beams 2, moves to the right side and again the water passes through between the right side small beams 2 and returns to the right side return port 8 of the hot water header 4. Hot water entered from the right side hot water coming port 7a into the thermal radiation pipe 3a passes between the right side small beams 2, moves to the left side, again passes between the left side small beams 2 and returns to the left side return port 8a of the hot water header 4. With such an arrangement as above, it is possible to make a mean thermal radiation temperature obtained from the hot water mat and further to perform a comfortable floor heating.
