摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of making concrete which has a high strength, causes less bleeding, does away with pre-curing and decreases a steam curing time, and to provide a system of making concrete and a pre-cast concrete. SOLUTION: In the first mixing step of the method of making the concrete, after the measured cement is put in a cement paste-making mixer, a predetermined amount of water and a predetermined amount of a water reducing agent are gradually put in via a water amount adjustment valve while the mixture is mixed. In the second mixing process, a predetermined amount of water and a predetermined amount of the water reducing agent are put in the cement paste produced by the first mixing process at the same time followed by mixing. In the third mixing process, there are put in a final kneading mixer the cement paste obtained by uniformly mixing the desired water, the water reducing agent and the cement in the second process, a predetermined coarse aggregate and a predetermined fine aggregate both suitable for an application followed by mixing.
