    • PURPOSE:To provide a molding sand classifying device which suppresses the destruction of sand grains and does not degrade the quality of reconditioned sand by peeling the deposits of the original sand surface by the intercontact effect of a direct grinding effect of an inclined rotating rough surface and indirect agitating. CONSTITUTION:An oscillating plate 12 which is fixed to a driving shaft 10 and is embedded in the original sand 20 starts oscillation motion when the original sand 20 is charged from a charging pipe 7 of an agitating vessel 2 and the driving shaft 10 is driven by an electric motor 13. On the other hand, the pressure air supplied through a blast port 5 from a blower to a blast chamber 4 is ejected from vent ports 6a of convex projections 6b of a fluidized bed 6 into the agitating vessel 2 to push up the original sand 20 deposited on the fluidized bed 6. The original sand 20 partly comes into contact with the rough surface 12a of the oscillating plate 12 and receives the dynamic pressure in a perpendicular direction. The original sand 20 of the other part is brought into frictional contact with each other by oscillation of the oscillating plate 12. The intercontact effect of this direct grinding effect and the indirect actiating contributes peeling of the deposits 21 of the surface layers of the original sand 20. The separated deposits 21 are pushed up to a classifying vessel 3 through a regulating plate 16 by the ejected air flow and are captured from a discharge port 17.

CONSTITUTION: The wet process reprocessing apparatus 50 has a washing tank 10 connected to an ultrasonic device 15 via at least two acoustic transducers 16 and 17. A furnace 20 of a drum type including a heating type combustion chamber 21' for a heat treatment include a pipe device 40 turning in an arrow (Z) direction around an axis X. The loose material passing the device is subjected to indirect heating and is supplied to a first chamber 26 from which the loose material is further sent via a screen 23 to a second chamber 24 where gaseous components and fines are separated by the blasting of a fan 25 and the regenerated products are recovered. The separated gaseous components and fines are returned through a filter device 22 and a feedback pipeline 27 to the combustion chamber 21'.

    • PURPOSE: To reduce the size of a pouring conical part formed between the end part of a discharging pipe and a base and to simply control the discharge of sand from the discharging pipe by increasing the supplying quantity of the air supplied via the base, which has an opening hole of an air conveyor into the air conveyor arranged in succession to a fluidized bed kiln. CONSTITUTION: Sand flowing out from a discharging pipe 4 is formed as the pouring conical part on a base 7. The sand coming out of the discharging pipe 4 is separated by passing the air through the opening hole of the base 7 for air conveyor 5, and the sand in the pouring conical part is supplied to the following treating process with the draft of the conveyor 5. The position of the air conveyor 5 or this base 7 are adjustable in only the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, with a simple mechanical mechanism. The shape of the pouring conical part 6 can be changed with the function for setting the position of the sand outlet in the discharging pipe 4 in the horizontal direction and the distance from the sand outlet to the base 7 of the air conveyor 5 according to the supplied quantity of air.
