    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching device having a UVLO function, capable of being operated in a wider voltage range.
      SOLUTION: The switching device includes: a DC voltage output means (1) which outputs a DC voltage (VB); a switching element (2) for feeding the DC voltage to a load (6); a power detection means (3) which detects power fed to the load from the switching element; a drive means (4) which PWM-controls the switching element according to an output of the power detection means; and a stop means (5) which stops the PWM-control when a value of the DC voltage is smaller than a first threshold (Vth1). The switching device is also characterized in that the first threshold is smaller than the lowest operation voltage value (Vamin) of the power detection means.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional current control circuit that cannot supply a high-accuracy current due to temperature change.
      SOLUTION: The current control circuit includes: a transistor 110 which controls a current flowing to a load 117; a sense resistor 113 in which a current flows in accordance with the current flowing in the transistor 110; a control signal generation circuit 121 which generates a control signal for controlling the transistor 110 on the basis of a comparison voltage which is determined on the basis of the sense resistor 113 and the current flowing in the sense resistor 113, and a predetermined reference voltage; a constant current source 119 for generating the predetermined reference voltage; and a resistor 120 connected to the constant current source 119 in series thereto for generating a reference voltage. The high-accuracy current can be supplied irrespective of temperature change.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor circuit that uses a synchronous rectification drive system so as to achieve a higher frequency and low loss of a bridge circuit while reducing the number of freewheel diodes. SOLUTION: A voltage between a drain and a source of a power switching element is detected so as to temporarily hold the state. The voltage is compared with a reference voltage in a comparison circuit. A first control signal for turning on the power switching element is generated on the basis of the comparison results. A synchronous rectification drive circuit, in which dead time of the power switching element is minimized, is achieved by an OR logic between the first control signal and a second control signal transmitted from an input terminal. The first control signal allows on-control to be held for a fixed period of time until an on-signal comes as the second control signal from the input terminal. Next, before an off-signal comes as the second control signal from the input terminal, an on-control signal of the first control signal is released.
