    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use working fluid from hydraulic pumps employed to drive a cooling fan for pilot signal pressure without additionally installing a fixed displacement pilot pump on control valves which control working fluid supplied to an actuator.
      SOLUTION: A hydraulic circuit for a construction machinery includes the first, second and third hydraulic pumps 2, 3, 4 which are connected to an engine, the first and second control valves 5, 5a which control working fluid supplied to the actuator which drives a working device, a hydraulic motor 9, the cooling fan 10 which discharges cooling wind to an oil cooler 11 and makes working fluid returning to a hydraulic tank T cool, a temperature sensor 13 which detects working fluid temperature in the hydraulic tank T, an electrical type relief valve 12 which controls driving pressure of the hydraulic motor 9 so as to be capable of controlling revolving speed of the cooling fan 10, a controller 14 which controls the hydraulic motor 9, and a pilot pressure generator 6 which is provided in a pilot flow passage 18 branched and connected to a flow passage 17 of the third hydraulic pump 4 and supplies the pilot signal pressure to the first and second control valves 5, 5a when switched.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic circuit for a construction machine, enabling to save energy by automatically reducing the revolving speed of an engine when a working device is not driven. SOLUTION: The hydraulic circuit for the construction machine comprises first, second and third hydraulic pumps, first, second and third selector valves A-C provided in the flow paths of the pumps for controlling operating oil to be supplied to the working devices during change-over, a fourth selector valve provided on the flow path upstream side of the first hydraulic pump P1 and the second hydraulic pump P2 for controlling operating oil to be supplied to a travelling device during change-over, and a combination selector valve 8 provided on the flow path downstream side of the third hydraulic pump P3 for supplying operating oil from the third hydraulic pump to one of the working device on the side of the first hydraulic pump and the working device on the side of the second hydraulic pump during change-over with signal pressure supplied to a signal line. Besides, it includes a shuttle valve 41 for selecting one of signal pressure formed in a travelling device signal line and signal pressure formed in a working device signal line.       SOLUTION: When a mode selection command has selected an economy mode, a mode selector 700e is turned on, and an engine-speed correction value ΔN0(ΔN1=ΔN0), which is computed by an engine-speed correction-value computing unit 700d, is output, and a subtraction part 700f subtracts the corrected engine-speed ΔN1 from a rated command engine-speed Nmax to obtain a command engine-speed NR2. The computing unit 700d computes an engine-speed correction value ΔN0 corresponding to a pump delivery-pressure average Pm. In a memory table, a relationship between Pm and ΔN0 is set, so that at the time when Pm is at most PA of at about an intermediate pressure, ΔN0 is 0; and at the time when Pm becomes higher than PA, ΔN0 is increased as Pm becomes higher.
