    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear fuel replacement device for performing replacement work of a fuel assembly and reactor-core internal structure in a short period of time. SOLUTION: This nuclear fuel replacement device comprises a traveling carriage traveling on a rail track 18 provided above a nuclear reactor pressure vessel 15, a traversing carriage moving on the traveling carriage in a direction perpendicular to the track, and a fuel gripper 9 mounted on multi-stage extension masts 1 and 2 hung down from the traversing carriage for performing insertion and extraction of the fuel assembly 13 with respect to the pressure vessel, and adapted to load the fuel assembly to the pressure vessel and extract it therefrom. The extension masts are each given an upper/lower two-part structure comprising upper mast parts 1a, 1b, 1c, ... and lower mast parts 2a, 2b, 2c, .... The fuel gripper is moved up and down while the upper mast parts are used to guide the lower mast parts. When handling the fuel assembly, the construction of upper/lower two-part type masts dispenses with speed reduction at each joint between mast stages as seen in relevant art.     • PURPOSE:To improve the flow character in the filtration device by providing plural supply liquid inlet nozzles to the filtration chamber, protecting tubes, and hollow fiber membrane modules in the hollow fiber membrane filtration device having a pipe plate partitioning the filtration chamber from a treated liquid chamber. CONSTITUTION:The plural supply liquid inlet nozzles 10 are provided to the filtration chamber 3. Preferably, >=2 supply liquid inlet nozzles 10 are provided to the side wall part symmetrically to the center axis. In this constitution, the supply liquid flowing in through the nozzles 10 is collided against retardation plates 25 to be retarded and flows down along the side wall and the bottom part of a hermetic vessel 1 from the opening port of the plates 25. The supply liquid is sufficient mixed here and then raised upward being rectified by rectifying pipe bundles 20 and flows into the protecting tubes 15. Then, the supplying liquid is filtered through hollow fiber membrane 5a, and sent to the treatment chamber 4 and flows out from a treated liquid outlet nozzle 12. By providing plural supply liquid nozzles, the supply liquid is uniformly distributed and sufficiently mixed in the hermetic vessel 1.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the manufacturing man power and to improve the back- washing efficiency of hollow thread membrane during back washing by providing a swing motion preventing mechanism preventing protection tubes receiving hollow thread membrane module structural bodies from swinging. CONSTITUTION:A harmetic vessel 1 is partitioned into a lower filtration chamber 3 and an upper treated liquid chamber 4 by a pipe plate 2. Protecting tubes 15 are hung from the pipe plate 2 in the filtration chamber 3, and the hollow thread membrane module structural body 5 hung from the pipe plate 2 is received in the protecting tube 15, and the swing motion preventing mechanism 25 preventing the protection tube 15 from swinging is provided in the lower open part of the protecting tube 15. In this swing motion preventing mechanism 25, >=2 supporting members 25a having open part per one protecting tube 15 fix the protecting tubes mutually at the lower end of the protecting tube 15. As a result, the manufacturing man power is reduced and the back washing efficiency of hollow threads during back washing is improved.
