CONSTITUTION:A pair of heads 16 and a head base 15 on which the heads 16 are projected are fastened and fixed to the lower part 11 of an upper rotary drum 10 by a stop screw 14 so that the top ends 16a of the respective heads 16 are projected for a prescribed amount from the outer peripheral surface 10a of the upper rotary drum 10. A pair of spring board parts 15b of the head base 15 and the base end parts of the 15b are pressed and transformed by the tips 17a of respective press screws 17 as pairing adjustment screws engaged with the lower part 11 of the upper rotary drum 10, pairing adjustment are freely executed. The positions of respective border parts 11g pressing and fixing the top end sides of the respective spring board parts 15b of the head base 15 to the lower part 11 of the upper rotary drum 10 are fulcrums A, and the positions of the top ends 16a of the respective heads 16 are the points of operation B, then the positions of the tips 17a of the respective press screws 17 are the points of force C. The distance from the point of force C to the fulcrum A is selected longer than the distance from the point of operation B to the fulcrum A.

    • PURPOSE:To miniaturize a rotary head drum device and to excute a fine adjustment of the hight of a head with high accuracy by using a compact pairing adjusting screw. CONSTITUTION:The head 21 is fixed to the top end of a head base 26 and the base part side is fastened and fixed to a middle rotary drum 20 by a stop screw 25. The top end 21a of the head 21 is projected for prescribed length from an outer peripheral surface. The top end side of the upper surface of the head base 26 is pressed by the tip 27d of a press screw 27 engaging with a female-screw hole 20d formed on the drum 20. Thus, the hight of the head of the rotary drum is feely adjusted (pairing adjustment). A nonmale-screw part 27b and a slot 27e are formed at head part side of the outer peripheral surface of the press screw 27, and a spot facing hole 20e havin bigger diameter than the head part of the press screw is provided on the upper part of a female- screw hole 20d of the drum 20. The strength of the adjusting screw against a screwdriver is increased by the slot and the tip of the screwdriver turns along the spot facing hole then the tip is prevented from slipping or deviation from the slot, thus the adjustment screw is securely adjusted.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a VTR capable of controlling simply environment by recording a data concerning with the environment of the circumference of an image pickup means as a sub code. CONSTITUTION:The sound of the circumference is pickd up by a microphone 55 aranged on a video camera and the illuminance and the temperature of the circumference are detected by an illuminence senser 56 and a temperature senser 57. Then, the sound picked up by the microphone 55 is sent to a digital VTR 54, is recorded together with a video signal and theilluminance data detected by the illuminance senser 56 and the temperature data detected by the temperature senser 57 are supplied to the system controller of the VTR 54, are made as the sub code by a sub code generating circuit and recorded on a magnetic tape as the sub code. Thus, by recording the video signal and simultaneously the data concerning with the environment, for instance, the same environment is reproduced simply at the tome of reproducing with using this data.

Further, the surface opposed to the sleeve part 5 and the shaft 4 is plating (a)-applied by using the soft material than Al alloy which constitutes the upper drum 2 e.g. copper alloy. Generally, the clearance between the shaft 4 and the inside diameter of the sleeve part 5 is commonly several mum to tenodd mum, and this value differs according to the specifications of the bearing 1, and determines the performance of the bearing 1. By applying the copper alloy plating (a) on the inner surface of the sleeve part 5, the inside diameter is worked larger by the portion of the thickness of the plated layer, and the prescribed inside diameter is obtained by adjusting the plated layer (a). In this case, the plated leyer (a) is formed so as to fill the unevenness of the inner surface in the foreworking.

    • PURPOSE:To miniaturize a tape cassette by providing a pulling member to pull out a recording medium inside the enclosure of the tape cassette, positioning the pulling member inside the enclosure in the first using state of the tape cassette, and positioning the pulling member outside the enclosure in the second using state of the tape cassette. CONSTITUTION:Inside an enclosure 1 of a tape cassette, pulling members 4, 5, and 7 to pull out a recording medium 3 are provided. The pulling members are positioned inside the enclosure in the first using state, namely when the tape is housed, and they are positioned outside the enclosure in the second using state, namely when the tape is pulled out. Consequently only when the tape is pulled out (loaded), a prescribed aperture part can be secured, and at the time of normal tape housing, the aperture part can be miniaturized and practically eliminated. Thus the tape cassette can be miniaturized.
