摘要： PURPOSE: To shorten the whole length of the device, and thereby save a setting space by providing a scale cleaning means for the tip end of a slave beam which is mounted on a master beam in such a way that it can be moved back and forth. CONSTITUTION: A pipe 17 is located at a specified position by means of a roller conveyor 38, and a master beam 13 is advanced with a drive motor 28 advanced. By this constitution, a sprocket 12 at the rear section is meshed with a link chain 15 at the lower section so as to be rotated, the link chain 15 at the upper section is simultaneously pushed forward, and a slave beam 14 is thereby be concurrently pushed forward accompanied with the movement of the link chain. In this case, when the master beam 13 is moved by a distance S, the slave beam is also moved by the distance S, and this constitution thereby causes a cleaning air nozzle 16 to be moved to the tip end of the pipe 17. Next, when pressure air is fed to an air feed hose, air is blown off out of the cleaning air nozzle 16, scales adhered thereon and the like are thereby removed.

Then, the movable truck 12 is taken out from inside a forming stand 11 along a delivering and receiving rail 14 by means of a hydraulic cylinder, and a set of new roll structure 13 standing by at a roll changing stage 17 is changed by means of an overhead travelling crane.
