摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of an adhering substance due to the powder contained in exhaust air which comes from a dryer, when hardened grains are manufactured from coal ashes. SOLUTION: A bypass duct 2' is provided between a hot-air duct 2, which guides hot air to a dryer drum 1 for drying granulated and hardened coal ashes, and an exhaust air duct 9' from the dryer drum 1, so that the part of the hot-air is guided to the exhaust air duct 9'. Thereby, the exhaust air temperature of the diameter of a hot-air inlet point is made to be 80 to 110 deg.C. Moreover, the exhaust air duct 9' has the length in which the residence time of the powder in the same duct is 1 second or longer.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce lightweight artificial aggregate having the absolute dry sp. gr. equal to or lower than the absolute dry sp. gr. of shale. CONSTITUTION:The coal ashes from a hopper 1 and the crushed cavity forming materials from a hopper 2 are kneaded together with water 3' in a mixing machine 3 and the mixture is pelletized by a pan type pelletizing machine 4. The resulted pellet nuclei are charged into a pan type pelletizing machine 6 where the kneaded matter of the coal ashes and water sent from the kneading machine 16 is coated and two-layered pellets are formed. The two-layered pellets obtd. in such a manner are charged together with the calcined pellets supplied from a hopper 8' for charging bedding pellets into calcination furnace 9 isolated from the atm. These pellets are calcined under the regulated concn. of O2 in the calcination furnace, by which the lightweight artificial aggregate is obtd.

摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten time and section (line length) of treatment by heating a base stock for fin at equal to or higher temp. than the annealing temperature, shot blasting the surface of base stock, fixing the base stock by winding on a tube and depositing a catalyst on a fin. CONSTITUTION:The base stock for fin is made by coiling 3 a belt like steel and the stock is charged in an annealing furnace 2, in a state in which the stock is heated at equal to or higher temp. than the annealing temperature (650-700 deg.C for a low carbon steel) and the stock is drawn from a coil 3 and shot blasted by a shot gun 1 arranged on the outlet side of the furnace 2. A catalyst deposited fin tube type heat exchanger is manufactured by energizing and welding the treated stock winding it on a tube 4 and the catalyst is deposited on the stock. Thus, time and section for shot blast treatment is shortened and roughness of the surface of base stock for fin and stick of the catalyst are improved.

The gas flow rate at the inlet of the furnace is controlled to about 1400Nm /h and the O2 concn. at the inlet to about 13wt.%, the pellet is sintered for about 15min, and an artificial lightweight aggregate is produced.

Thus, the propriety of baking conditions during a baking at the present is judged in a short time and the baking conditions are controlled thereby preventing the generation of a defective product.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable miniaturization of a continuous curing and apparatus and homogenization of temperature in a granulated substance layer by conveying and dropping the granulated substance from one stage to others of plural stages in a curing chamber capable of regulating temperature and humidity. CONSTITUTION:Cement, water, etc., are added to coal ash and the resultant raw material is granulated to provide a granulated substance 01 (before curing), which is then dropped from a charging port at a high place of a curing chamber 1 capable of regulating temperature and humidity onto a nearly horizontally provided conveying means, e.g. belt conveyor 2, in a precuring chamber (1b). The granulated substance 01 is subsequently conveyed to the end of the conveyor 2 and then dropped onto a belt conveyor 3 in a normal curing chamber (1a) set at a difference in level for disintegrating the granulated substance by drop impact. In this case, the above-mentioned difference in level is set at an optional value and the granulated substance 01 may be dropped into a disintegrator 12 to disintegrate nodules therein and drop the disintegrated nodules onto the conveyor 3. The granulated substance is subsequently dropped and conveyed with a disintegrator 13, belt conveyors 4 and 5 in the same manner as described above, dropped, conveyed and discharged from the curing chamber 1 to afford a granulated substance (after curing) 01.

The material is heated at 1,000-1,200 deg.C with the hot exhaust gas of the cooler 5 supplied from an extraction duct 7, introduced into a kiln 4 and calcined. The obtained cement clinker is cooled with the cooler 5 and delivered.
