    • PURPOSE:To detect the processing condition without contact regardless of the thickness, material, etc. of a work piece and to make processing under optimum conditions by detecting the splashes from the work piece by an energy beam by an oscillation diaphragm provided with a sensor near the work piece. CONSTITUTION:The energy beam 5 from a generating part 1 is irradiated to the work piece 7 and the welding splashes 8 thereof are detected by the sensor 4 of the oscillation diaphragm 6 installed near the same. A beam control part is controlled by the judgement of a discriminating part for the processing condition. The processing intensity, processing condition, and the end of processing are detected without contact regardless of the thickness, the material, number of processing holes and surface condition of the work piece 7. The beam processing is thus always maintained under the optimum conditions and the good beam processing is executed.

    • PURPOSE:To easily control a quantity or the size of an electron beam electrically with simple constitution, and actuate a device with high performance and with high accuracy by controlling the quantity of the electron beam passing through an electron passing hole according to prescribed electric potential impressed on the first and the second electrodes. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 10a and 9a are a belt-like electrode corresponding, for example, to a phosphor screen, and the electrodes 10a and 9a are orthogonal to each other. When (+) 60V and (+) 35V are impressed respectively on the electrodes 10a and 9a as control voltage, since an exposure part 18a of a semiconductor substrate 18 exists on a side wall of an electron passing hole 17 of a matrix body structure 16, an equipotential line of zero electric potential in the vicinity of the electron passing hole 17 does not block up the electron passing hole 17 as a broken line, so that a degree of blocking up an electron having negative electric charge from passing through the electron passing hole 17 is reduced. Thereby, since transmissivity of an electron beam passing through the matrix body structure 16 is determined by the size itself of the electron passing hole 17, brightness can be enhanced.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce number of times of communication while keeping safety and high reliability without loss of the safety and high reliability even in the case of parallel processing by devising the method such that a certificated party indicates that the certificated party knows any ciphered plain sentence among ciphered sentences sent from a verification party through the interaction with the verification party in a way that the verification party is unaware of which of the ciphered sentences is known by the certificated party. CONSTITUTION:A certificated side equipment 9 consists of a random number generator 1, a memory 2, a computing element 3 and a decoder 4, and a verification party equipment 10 consists of a random number generator 6, a memory 7, and a computing element 8, and both the equipments make data communication through a communication line 5. Through the constitution above, the certificated party sends ciphered sentences resulting from ciphering at least two plain sentences at random to the verification party and suggests that the certificated party knows any one plain sentence among the ciphered sentences through the interaction with the verification party in a way that the verification party is unaware of which of the said ciphered sentences is known by the certificated party. The certificated party gets verification by indicating through the interaction with the verification party it that the certificated party knows any plain sentence among ciphered sentences sent from the verification party in a way that the verification party does not recognize which of the sentences the certificated party knows. Thus, number of times of communication is reduced without loss of the safety and high reliability even in the case of parallel processing.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent teaching of a decoded sentence to an illegal decoder, to decrease number of times of communication between a decoding party and a verification party and to make the verification efficient by ciphering a decoded sentence further and sending the result to the verification party. CONSTITUTION:A verification party uses a random number generator 106 to generate a plain sentence at random and stores the sentence in a memory 107. Then the stored plain sentence is called and a ciphered sentence by a ciphering device 108 for a cryptograph being an object of decoding is sent to a decoding party via a communication line 105. The decoding party decodes it by using a decoder 103 and stores it in a memory 102. Then the decoded sentence data calculated from the decoded sentence by using an arithmetic unit 104 is sent to a verification party via the line 105. The verification party confirms the coincidence between the sent data and the plain sentence calculated by using an arithmetic unit 109 of the same function. Thus, the fact of teaching the decoded sentence to an illegal decoder is avoided and the efficient verification is attained with less communication number of times.
