摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten the duration of a meta-stable state by amplifying fine external disturbance by two inverters connected to permitting signal lines in reverse direction to each other when the meta-stable state is generated. CONSTITUTION:It is assumed that request signals occur in both of request signal lines 1 and 2, and a permitting signal generation circuit 3 falls in the meta-stable state, and the voltages of the permitting signal lines 4 and 5 are the intermediate values of positive and negative. At that time, the fine change of potential generated in the signal line 4 by the disturbance makes the signal line 5 of the other side generate the change by the inverter 7 for external disturbance simplification. Further, the change of the potential of the signal line 5 makes the change of the potential of the signal line 4 increase by the inverter 6 for external disturbance amplification. Thus, since the inverters 6 and 7 are effective to increase the potential difference of the signal lines 4 and 5, the meta-stable state tents to be broken.
