The lower part displacement body 3 arranged between the bracket 4 and the support base 5 is expansively displaced by having vibration and the suitable phase difference, a vibration transmission characteristic between the bracket 4 and the support base 5 changes, and accordingly vibration transmission from the bracket 4 to the support base 5 is controlled.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnet actuator decreasing magnetic resistance even in the position far from an electromagnet and holding an armature at low holding current in seating of the armature. SOLUTION: This actuator has the armature connected to the valve and supported in the neutral position in a non-operating state; and first and second electromagnets facing each other through the armature, and driving the armature between the closing position and the opening position of the valve. The outer circumferential parts of yokes of the first and second electromagnets are connected with extended yoke parts, the end of the armature is faced to the end surface of the yoke in a state that the armature is seated on the first or second electromagnet, and a gap is present between the side edge part of the armature and the extended yoke. Even when the armature is in the position far from each electromagnet by the extended yoke part in the outer circumferential part, magnetic resistance is low, and since the end of the armature is faced to the end surface of the yoke in seating of the armature, the armature is held at low holding current.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the effect of disturbance, and to improve the transient characteristic of a synchronous noise by correcting a gain so that the sum of squares of an error between the waveform of the inputted synchronous noise and the output waveform of a synchronous filter. CONSTITUTION:A pulse generator 11 divides the synchronization of the inputted synchronous noise by the number N of taps of a synchronous filter 12, and generates a sampling enabling pulse, and the filter 12 successively outputs the N pieces of taps synchronously with the pulse. The output of the filter 12 is added to the noise, and a filter coefficient correcting means 13 updates the tap value of the filter 12 so that the addition error becomes small. Next, the sum of squares of the difference between the output waveform of the filter and the waveform of the input noise is searched on the assumption that each tap of the filter 12 is multiplied by a gain (g) each time the pulse generated once in one cycle of the synchronous noise from the synchronous noise generating means 14 is inputted, and a filter gain correcting means 15 decides the gain (g) so that the sum of squares becomes minimum. Thus, the transient characteristic of the synchronous noise can be improved.
