The displaying means 5 displays the cross section shape and the corrected surface shape again. Thus, the arbitrary cross section shape of the solid and a condition inside the solid can be displayed.

    • PURPOSE:To record and reproduce the different types of information via the same recording medium by recording the digital TV picture information, the digital voice information, the object information transformed into a language, etc., onto the same recording medium and discriminating these information after reproduction. CONSTITUTION:The object information on a 3-dimensional position transformed into a language as well as the compressed digital TV picture information and the digital voice information are recorded on the same recording medium. These recorded information are read by a recording medium reading part 11 and a language transformation data deciding part 12 decides the recording contents are equal to the language data or not. If not, the read data is expanded and restored by an information restoring part 14 via one of two changeover switches 13 and delivered via a D/A converter 16. While the language data is stored in a language data memory 17 via the other switch 13 and converted into the digital picture data via a position information converting part 19, a language raster converting part 20, etc., to be stored in a picture memory 15. Thus the different types of information like the digital information, the language information, etc., are recorded and reproduced via the same recording medium.

CONSTITUTION:In a middle tone recording thermal head 31, a heat generating resistor 2 is constituted of resistor elements 2a, 2b, 2c each having a rectangular parallepiped different in an applying energy value per a unit area and arranged on a substrate 1 in an array form to be connected to an electrode 3. Power is sent to said electrode 3 corresponding to an image signal and the energy applied to the heat generating resistor 2 is controlled to regenerate a variable density image 36 on transfer paper 34. A middle tone transfer sheet 9 consists of a base film 10 and an ink layer 11 and is held between a thermal head 12 and the transfer paper 13 at the time of recording and, because the amount of the ink 15 transferred to the transfer paper 13 is little and the thickness thereof is reduced when the quantity of generated heat of the thermal head 12 by the current of a heat generating resistor 14 is low, a low density dot is formed and, when the quantity of generated heat increases, a high density dot is formed.

SOLUTION: An insulating plate 2 is disposed on one surface of a base substrate 1. A circuit side conductor 3 is provided on the other surface of this insulating plate 2 via a metallic layer 4. There is provided a semiconductor element 5 on this circuit side conductor 3. In this semiconductor device for power, a recessed portion 20 having a curved surface on peripheral end portions is formed in the insulating plate surface 2 in advance. By forming the metallic layer 4 in this recessed portion 20, the end portions of the metallic layer 4 become curved. Since the end portions of the metallic layer 4 do not have corner portions, electric field can be relaxed at the end portions of the metallic layer 4 where the electric field is easily most concentrated, and thus the surface withstand voltage of the insulating plate can be improved.
