    • PURPOSE:To obtain the sufficient feed oil head by providing the first lubrication pump at one end of a driving shaft on the motor side and providing the second lubrication pump at the other end of the driving shaft on the compressor side together with conducting the oiling to two bearings in a serial manner. CONSTITUTION:Oiling is conducted by both a truncated-cone-shaped oil sucking pipe 5d, which is soaked in an oil sump situated underneath a sealed vassel 7 and which is located at one end of a driving shaft 5, and the first lubrication pump, which is made up of an eccentric lubrication hole 5c within the driving shaft. The pressure of the oil, which reached an eccentric hole 5a within the driving shaft, is further raised by the second lubrication pump mechanism that is made up of a groove 5e, and the oil is supplied to both a series path consisting of bearings 5b and 6a and a series path consisting of the bearing 5b and a thrust bearing 6b. With this contrivance, the head of a lubrication pump can be raised, thereby ensuring the stable lubrication.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the pivoting of the thrust bearing by a method wherein the eccentric hole of the thrust bearing member having the eccentric hole is engaged with and mounted to a crank section and the outer peripheral part of the thrust bearing is retained partially to a balance weight. CONSTITUTION:The thrust bearing member 9 is provided with the eccentric hole 9, whose eccentricity is substantially equal to the same of the crank section 3a and the eccentric hole 9a is engaged with the crank section 3a of a driving shaft 3. On the other hand, the outer periphery 9a of the thrust bearing member 9 is guided partially by the inner diametral section 8b of the balance weight 8. According to this method, the thrust bearing member 9 contacts with the boss end face 1e of a rotary bearing at the whole surface thereof when a thrust acts on the driving shaft 3 and the shaft is moved, therefore the abrasion or drag of the boss may be prevented. Further, under such conditions, the thrust bearing member 9 tries to rotate about the center 9c of the eccentric hole 9a, however, the outer periphery 9b of the member 9 is guided by the inner diametral section 8b of the balance weight which is concentric with the member 9, therefore, the pivoting of the member may be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To improve oil separating efficiency as well as the workability of the oil supplying path of a mirror plate by a method wherein a delivery chamber at the upper part of an enclosed vessel is communicated with a lower motor chamber through a communicating path provided in the outer periphery of a fixed scroll and a dam is provided around the opening surface of the path at the fixed scroll side. CONSTITUTION:The communicating path 61, which serves as a gas path, is provided in the outer peripheral part 60g of mirror plate of the fixed scroll 60 while the dam 65 is formed around the communicating path 61. The oil, separated in the delivery chamber, is collected at a recess 16 to partition the gas flow path from an oil reservoir. Accordingly, the oil in the oil reservoir 66 will never be discharged to the communicating path 61 and the oil level of the oil reservoir 66 may be kept in constant. It is not necessary to form the oil supplying path in the scroll, therefore, the workability of the scroll may be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To feed oil to respective bearings and sliding parts of a scroll compressor stably by a method wherein two paths, through which the lubricating oil is supplied to the upper main bearing of a crank shaft, the bearing of a rotary scroll and the like by a pressure difference, are provided independently. CONSTITUTION:The oil supplying path 20, opening at a lower main bearing 14, the oil supplying path 21, opening at the upper main bearing 13, and the oil supplying path 22, opening at the rotary bearing 10 of the rotary scroll 6 and the sliding parts of the fixed scroll 5 and the rotary scroll 6, are provided independently in the crank shaft 7. Accordingly, the unbalance of distribution of oil supplying amount to respective bearings 13, 14 may be prevented and the stable oil supplying may be effected. Further, more stable oil supplying may be effected by providing the oil supplying path further more.
