The first agitating means 50 has its first agitating shaft 54 connected to a hollow motor 51, and is rotatable around the first agitating shaft 54 and the fixed shaft 21 penetrating the hollow motor 51. The excavating means 30 is arranged under the first agitating means 50, and its excavating shaft 35 having an excavating blade 33 is connected to a hollow motor 31, whereby the excavating means 30 is rotatable around the fixed shaft 21 inserted into the hollow motor 31. The second agitating means 40 has a second agitating shaft 44 connected to a hollow motor 41, and is rotatable around the second agitating shaft 44 and the excavating shaft 35 penetrating the hollow motor 41.
