    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a wind quantity while suppressing generation of blade noise by differing curvatures of maximum outer diameter parts of both side blades serving the maximum outer diameter part as a boundary, in a device provided with a fan wherein a plurality of blades are attached in the outer peripheral direction of disk plates, and the maximum outer diameter part is disposed on each blade. SOLUTION: When an impeller 2 as a percolation fan composed of blades 1 and disk plates 9 is rotated, air sucked from a grill 11 arranged on a front suction port 17 of a decorative frame 8 and an upper grill 3 through a filter 12 is passed a nose 10 and the impeller 2, and then, the air is blown out from a blowout port on which vertical and horizontal wind direction plates 13, 5 are disposed. In this case, in the blades 1, those outer shapes are changed between disk plates 9, and are set maximum between the disk plates 9. In association with rotation of the impeller 2, air is firstly passed near the nose 10 from the maximum outer diameter part of the blades 1, and passing phase of the blades 1 crossing rear flow in the nose 10 or a thermal exchanger 4 is changed. It is thus possible to increase a wind quantity while reducing blade noise.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a demand caused by many manufacturing apparatus while making a fan filter unit thin-typed is achieved by a method wherein a filter for cleaning air and a casing for feeding the air are provided, and one set of opposed side edge parts of a top of the casing are inclined to a filter face. SOLUTION: A casing comprising a top 4 and a side plate 11 is installed to an upper part of a filter 1. Further, a hole for installing a motor 2, a support spacer 6 for a motor support plate 5, and a suction pipe 7 is opened to an upper part of the top 4. Further, a turbofan 3 is attached to the motor 2, and a guard 8 for preventing inflow of foreign matter is attached to a suction face of a suction pipe 7. In this case though a part corresponding to suction of the fan 3 is almost parallel to a face of the filter 1, an inclined part 9 is provided to one set of opposed side edge parts of the top 4. Then, air is sucked from the upper part by rotation of the fan 3, guided smoothly by the inclined part 9 of the top 4, sent to the filter 1, and the air is cleaned.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the generation of noise, to improve strength, and to prevent the occurrence of unevenness in a vane mounting angle by a method wherein the maximum value of the chord length of a propeller fan being the electric fan of a heat-exchange part is positioned at the outer peripheral part of the fan and the fan6 outer peripheral part is protruded to the pressure surface side, and the outer peripheral part is moved backward to the negative pressure surface side. SOLUTION: A propeller fan 5 is formed that vanes 2 are disposed at a boss 1. In this case, since an outer peripheral protrusion part 3 protruding from a pressure surface at the tip of the vane 2 has a given curvature, the protrusion part is moved backward to a negative pressure surface after protrusion. The vane shape of a part wherein a fan outer peripheral end formed that it is moved backward to the negative pressure surface side at an outer peripheral part and a fan front edge cross each other is changed in a manner to protrude toward the pressure surface side. Further, a maximum outside diameter part is arranged further near the front edge side than the central part (, for example, 50% of a chord flare) of the vane. The outside diameter D21 is set to a value, for example, 3% or more higher than an outside diameter D23. This constitution increases an air volume without increasing the generation of noise.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leak flow at the outer peripheral end of a blade and contrive the increase of air volume by a method wherein the outer diameter of a propeller fan, superposed with a mouth ring in the axial direction of the same, is made larger than at least one maximum outer diameter of upstream or downstream side while the part of inner diameter of the mouth ring, corresponding to the part, is made larger than the maximum inner diameter in the upstream and downstream of the mouth ring. SOLUTION: The outdoor unit 1 of an air conditioner is provided with a heat exchanger 2 therein while air is passed through the heat exchanger 2 by the rotation of a propeller fan arranged in the downstream side of the heat exchanger whereby heat exchange is effected. In this case, a part 8, whereat the outer diameter 2D of the propeller fan 6 is increased locally, is formed at a part, whereat the trailing rim side of the propeller fan 6 is superposed axially with a mouth ring 5, while another part 7, whereat the inner diameter becomes larger locally than the inner diameter 2Db of the mouth ring 5, is formed at a part whereat the mouth ring 5 is superposed axially with the propeller fan 6. The diameters of the propeller fan 6 and the mouth ring 5 are changed locally in such a manner whereby a projected clearance S can be reduced and the amount of leakage can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent an eddy air flow from being produced and improve the cooling efficiency by a method wherein a flow regulating plate crossing at a right angle with an air suction plane is mounted just before the air suction plate. CONSTITUTION:A table 2 is fixed to a frame 1. Many electronic circuit devices 8 are loaded on the table 2. A flat plate flow regulating plate 10 is mounted in such a manner that it may be crossed at a right angle just before the suction plane of a blower 6 so as to prevent air sucked into a side surface of a vane wheel 7 from becoming an eddy air flow. With such an arrangement as mentioned above, the cooling capability obtained from the blower 6 is made most appropriate one. Even if a sufficient distance (1) is not kept between the air sucking plane of the blower 6 and a wall surface 5, the electronic circuit device 8 can be efficiently cooled. In addition, if an improved efficiency of the blower 6 caused by mounting of the flow regulating plate 10 and an increased amount of pressure loss caused by a shortage of the distance (1) are properly balanced, a width of the blower 6 and a width of the table 2 can be reduced without cooling the electronic circuit device 8 having a larger amount of heating with the blower 6 of the same size or reducing a cooling capability and then the electronic device can be miniaturized.
