    • PURPOSE:To provide smooth starting and interruption for a middle-size Rankine engine which serves for recovering waste heat in mediump-sized factories by detecting the difference between pressures measured at the inlet and the outlet of an expanding machine and controlling the load of a motor, a generator and so on according to the output of the detecting means. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 7 which drives a working liquid pump 3 is started by a switch 8, the working liquid such as Freon or so is sent to a steam generator 4 and evaporated therein, however, the pressure thereof increased at the start of a Rankine engine is not so high at the pressure detecting point 10 as to drive an expanding machine 1 for offering a turning torque. The difference between the pressures measured at the points 10 and 11 in front of and at the rear of the expanding machine 1 is detected by a detecting means 12. When the difference exceeds a specified value, a generating motor 5 is started via a switch 6, on account of which the expanding machine 1 may conquer the mechanical loss and transmit the torque thereof to the generating motor 5. At the time of the interruption of the Rankine engine, the working pump 3 is stopped and when the difference between the detected pressures is reduced below the specified value, the generating motor 5 is also stopped. The Rankine engine may be thus smoothly started and interrupted.

    • PURPOSE:To keep the degree of superheat at the inlet side of an expander constant by providing a circulating quantity control valve on a bypass path communicating between the inlet side and outlet side of a pump and operating the control valve by means of an electric signal based on the deviation between the degree of superheat at the inlet side of the expander and the preset degree of superheat. CONSTITUTION:The inlet side and outlet side of a pump 7 are communicated to each other by a bypass path 8, a circulating quantity control valve 9 is provided on the bypass path 8, and the control valve 9 is operated by the deviation 15 between an electric signal from an inlet superheat degree calculator 13 of an expander 3 and an electric signal from a target superheat degree setter 14. Thereby, when the degree of superheat 13a of the inlet superheat degree calculator 13 is larger than the target superheat degree 14a, the deviation 15 becomes a negative valve and the orifice of the circulating quantity control valve 9 is left closed. On the contrary, when the inlet superheat degree 13a is smaller than the preset superheat degree 14a, the deviation 15 becomes a positive value and the orifice of the circulating quantity control valve 9 is opened. Accordingly, the degree of superheat at the inlet side of the expander is kept constant.

    • PURPOSE:To realize a counter mechanism which displays an accurate quantity of recording on a magnetic sheet, by turning the slit of a counter dial only when a head moves in the recording direction. CONSTITUTION:When a pack 4 is set, a counter pin 13 is pushed down if a projection 14 and a slit 2 are at different positions. Thus a head 8 moves toward an arrow 9, and the upper surface of the projection 14 slides the lower face of a counter dial 1. As a result, only the pin 13 rotates although a worm 18 rotates. When the projection 14 is turned up to the position of the slit 2, both the pin 13 and a clutch 16 are pushed upward. Then the dial 1 indicates the recording scale through the slit 2 in response to the shift of the head 8 toward the recording direction. When the head 8 comes back from the final direction position, the hook is released between the clutch 16 and the pin 13. Thus the dial 1 does not turn. In such a way, an accurate recording quantity is displayed.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the double recording of a signal, by permitting the recording of signal only when no signal is recorded on a magnetic sheet. CONSTITUTION:A recording/reproducing changeover switch 1 is turned to the recording side to record a signal on a magnetic sheet 10. A signal corresponding to a recording mode is applied to a control circuit 3 from the switch 1 as well as to a terminal 22a of a logical circuit 22. The signal corresponding to recording and non-recording of the sheet 10 which is detected by a magnetic head 6 and passed through a discriminating circuit 11 is applied to the other terminal 22b of the circuit 22. The circuit 22 receives the signal from the switch 1 and the circuit 11, and feeds it to a shift mechanism 7 when the sheet 10 is set in a recording state and then moves the head 6 to make it opposite to an unrecorded track on the sheet 10. This eliminates the double recording, and this action is repeated to perform recording to all tracks.

CONSTITUTION:When fitting a driving shaft 6 and a hub 3 of a disquette 1, a hole 10 of the hub 3 and a driving pin 12 of the driving shaft 6 are fitted at the almost same time. As for the hole 10 of the hub 3, a lot of holes are formed, and also an inserting port 10a part of the driving pin 12 expands like a taper against the cylindrical part of the hole 10, and is constituted so as to nearly contact with an adjacent opening part 10a on its arrayed circumference. In case when the position of the hole 10 and the pin 12 does not match the axial direction, the tip tapered part of the pin hits against the tapered part of the opening part 10a of the hole 10. Since both of press-contact are shaped like a taper, the contact face is inclined against the driving shaft 6. Accordingly, by force for installing the disquette 1 to the drivng shaft 6, the hub 3 and the pin 12 generate sliding, both of them rotate relatively, and the pin 12 is inserted into the hole 10. By this operation, the hub 3 and the driving shaft 6 are installed.

    • PURPOSE:To record a field and a frame in a small-sized magnetic sheet by a simple magnetic head feed mechanism, by placing one magnetic head on the same normal as its moving direction, and placing the other magnetic head so that it is shifted by one recording track from a prescribed angle. CONSTITUTION:One magnetic head 3 is on a normal 14 of a small-sized magnetic sheet 2, and the other magnetic head 3' is placed so that it is shifted by one recording track from a prescribed angle which is as small as possible. The feed direction of the magnetic head is a direction as indicated with an arrow 13, which coincides with the normal 14. In case of recording a frame, the two heads 3, 3' are fed by two track portions each. In case of recording a field, only the magnetic head 3 is fed by one track portion each by the magnetic head feed mechanism. Accordingly, the azimuth angle becomes ''0'', therefore, even if a reproducing machine exclusively used for a field is used, no azimuth loss is generated, and good reproduction can be executed. In this way, it becomes possible to record a field and a frame in a small-sized magnetic sheet by a simple magnetic head feed mechanism.

CONSTITUTION:A reel shaft driving mechanism contains a decelerating deice provided with a special motor 51 and gears 59 and 41 and a reel shaft part 35. The motor 51 contains a rotor part including a shaft 52 and a circular magnet 54 adhered to the shaft 52 and a stator part including a driving coil 55 set opposite to the magnet 54, a stator yoke 56 adhered with the coil 55 and a housing part 58 adhered with a bearing 57. The rotor part can turn freely to the stator part. At the same time, one side of the magnetic flux of the magnet 54 reaches a contiguous magnetic pole through the coil 55, the yoke 56 and the coil 55 again to close the magnetic path of the magnetic pole. While the magnetic flux of the other side passes through a rotor yoke 53 to close the magnetic path of the yoke 53. The sucking force acts on the area between the rotor part and the yoke 56, and therefore the rotor part is always attracted toward the yoke 56. Thus no play is produced between the rotor part and the yoke 56.

    • PURPOSE:To detect the end of a magnetic tape securely in a short time by detecting and comparing the revolving speeds of a take-up and a feed reel. CONSTITUTION:The revolving speeds of the take-up and feed reels 10 and 11 are detected by the 1st and the 2nd detecting circuits 12 and 13 and then transduced into DC voltages by the 1st and the 2nd F/V circuits 14 and 15, respectively. In the former half of the magnetic tape, the revolving speed of the take-up reel 10 is greater and in the latter half, the revolving speed is less, so a comparing circuit 16 outputs signals differing in polarity in the former and latter halves, respectively, e.g. a signal with a level ''1'' in the latter half. Thus, the comparing circuit discriminates between the former half and latter half of the magnetic tape. For this purpose, the output terminal of the comparing circuit 16 and that of a counting circuit 9 are connected to an AND circuit 17. Consequently, only when a leader tape part at the end of the magnetic tape is detected, the AND circuit 17 outputs a tape end detection signal to detect the end of the magnetic tape.
