    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the discard rate of transmission data corresponding to the dynamic variation of mean transmission data quantity and to eliminate the influences of the steady traffics of buses other than its own one by changing dynamically the maximum queue length in a communication mode in response to the mean transmission data quantity and the accumulated transmission data quantity of every logical communication path or the queue staying time of the transmission data. SOLUTION: The mean transmission data quantity SP1 of its selected own path is compared with the mean transmission data quantity SP2 of another path (420, 421). If the quantity SP1 is larger than the quantity SP2, the queue length increment value is added to the maximum queue length variation value to change the latter value in a range under the maximum queue length (422). If the quantity SP1 is smaller than the quantity SP2, the maximum queue length variation value is changed in a range over the minimum queue length (423). Then the queue length is compared with the maximum queue length variation value (424, 425). If the former length is not more the latter value, the transmission data are accumulated in a transmission queue and adds 1 to these transmission data within the maximum variation value (426).

    • PURPOSE:To obtain excellent reproducibility by simple, quick operations by providing at least two molecular-weight partitioning films in the order from the film for larger molecular weight or in the reverse order, and partitioning electrophoresis paths. CONSTITUTION:A migrating tank 4 is divided into a first chamber 4a, a second chamber 4b and a third chamber 4c with molecular-weight partitioning films 5 and 6. The surfaces of the films 5 and 6 face the chambers 4a, 4b and 4c, respectively. The dividing molecular weight of the film 5 is larger than the molecular weight of intended molecules 8. That of the film 6 is smaller. When an electric field is applied through electrodes 2 and 3, the molecules in the chamber 4a are migrated in the direction 3 from the electrode 2 to the electrode 3. Only the molecules smaller than the partitioned molecular weight of the film 5 pass the film 5 and move into the chamber 4b. Only the molecules which are smaller than that of the film 6 move into the chamber 4c. As a result, the intended molecules 8 are isolated in the chamber 4b. The molecules 9 which are larger than the partitioned molecular weight is separated in the chamber 4a. The molecules 10 smaller than the molecular weight are separated in the chamber 4c. Thus, the intended molecules can be separated and separately collected simply and quickly.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce a burden of an operator in relation to an operation for preparation of a sample by providing at least a vessel provided with a molecular-weight separating film, a centrifuge bearing the vessel and applying a centrifugal acceleration to a liquid and a vessel conveyor conveying the vessel. CONSTITUTION:A vessel 18 with a molecular-weight separating film is constructed of the molecular-weight separating film 18a, a base 18b of this separating film 18a, an O ring 18c and vessel walls 18d and 18e, and a condensed liquid 18f is collected onto the side of 18d and a filtered liquid 18g onto the side of 18e by applying a centrifugal acceleration in a centrifuge 11. Between the base 18b and the vessel wall 18e a gap 18i is provided so that air can enter and leave freely and that a filtering operation can be conducted smoothly. By this molecular-weight separating film, a substance of a smaller molecular weight than a prescribed value in a solution is filtered and a substance of a larger molecular weight than a prescribed weight is left on the upper side of the film. In order to increase the speed of filtration, in addition, the centrifugal acceleration is applied to the vessel by the centrifuge 11. On the occasion, the vessel 18 is set on the centrifuge 11 and a processing is executed by using a vessel conveyor 14.

Then, by driving a sample tube transfer mechanism 15, a sample tube 16 is positioned and mounted so that the balance is kept according to the number of sample tubes 16 mounted in the tube holes 1-a, and these operations are repeated. Then, the rotary shaft slanting mechanism 11 is driven to turn the rotary shaft 2 to the vertical direction to carry out the high speed driving. After the high speed driving is finished, the specified tube holes 1-a are turned to the vertical direction by driving the rotary shaft slanting mechanism 11, and the sample tubes are taken out by driving the sample tube transfer mechanism 15. Thus, the sample tubes 16 are allowed to take out of and set into the tube holes of the angle rotor 1 in the vertical direction.

CONSTITUTION:A reagent kit composed of a primer, a concentrated buffer solution for reaction, a DNA polymerase, etc., is used to determine base sequence of a DNA. In the process, a prescribed amount of a nonionic surfactant polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate is injected and mixed therewith to prepare the kit. Furthermore, equivalent preventive effects on adsorption of DNA on vessel walls are also produced even by mixing the surfactant with the buffer solution concentrated to 5 fold or primer. The concentration is increased to the critical micelle concentration or above so that the surfactant may further effectively act as an adsorption inhibitor. Thereby, the DNA can be prevented from adsorbing on the vessel walls and the reaction can be carried out with excellent reliability even for a trace amount of a template DNA.

A signal A to appear on the highway 1 at the time 0 is written to the 0 address of a memory 6. Then, the contents of the memory 5 is rewritten by a software. Thus, the switching action can be more freely executed.

An incoming call station, when it recognizes a code as a final code, returns an A-Y, and instructs a message 'Send a transfer class, if any.'. When the call is the transfer call, an outgoing station sends a II-Y. Assuming that no re-transfer is permetted at the incoming call station, the incoming call station, after receiving the class II-Y, sends a message 'In complexity or, in busy' in an A-X falsely, and recovers connection.
