摘要： PURPOSE:To attain document management without lowering the using efficiency of a document file by printing a main description part correspondingly to its appearance and developing a printing control description part on a printing document in accordance with a constitutional sentence command and printing the developed document. CONSTITUTION:A document text 1 is constituted of a maindescription part 4 to be developed correspondingly to its appearance and a printing control description part 5 whose described contents are to be interpreted and developed and an operator executes the edition of the text 1 in accordance with grammatical structure. Function executing sentence editing processing 6 is started by the input of a command corresponding to a function sort to allow the operator to input information by the same method as guidance corresponding to a command in convensional word processing. At the time of executing printing processing 8, the printing control description part of the text 1 is scanned, an external parameter 9 to be referred to by the inside is extracted and the setting of the value 10 of the parameter 9 is requested to the opertor. In the case of forming a printing image the main description part is copied and developed and the printing control description part is interpreted.

The newly generated program parts are accumulated in a storage device 14.
