    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an inlet portion of an oxidation catalyst to be heated to a necessary temperature with a low fuel consumption as compared to a large burner device by minimizing caulking of sulfate to an oxidation catalyst. SOLUTION: An exhaust emission control device includes the oxidation catalyst 14 provided upstream of a particulate filter 13, a regeneration flow path 22 leading exhaust gas 9 to the filter via the oxidation catalyst, a normal flow path 23 directly leading to the filter while bypassing the oxidation catalyst and a butterfly valve 24 which normally selects the normal flow path and selects the regeneration flow path in regeneration of the filter and in a desulfurization processing of the oxidation catalyst. The exhaust emission control device further includes a burner device 28 having an addition nozzle 30, which confronts the inlet portion of the oxidation catalyst and heats the inlet portion of the oxidation catalyst by injecting fuel 16 together with combustion air 4' in the desulfurization processing, and a discharge terminal 32 igniting the fuel injected from the addition nozzle, and includes a perforated heating plate 36 between the burner device and the oxidation catalyst, which is heated by a burner flame 28a and uniformly heats the exhaust gas.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure water for the addition of a sufficient quantity without shortage even during acceleration or the like during which a large quantity of NOx is emitted by improving a collection rate of condensation as compared with a conventional device. SOLUTION: A dogleg 15 making exhaust gas 7 flow downward once and then turn upward is disposed in an exhaust route in which the exhaust gas 7 of which temperature is lowered to dew-point temperature or lower. A waterdrop capture wall 16 on which waterdrops moving straightly in a flow direction right before downward movement due to an inertia force collide is disposed at a downward flow of the dogleg 15. A water storage tank 19 is disposed immediately below the dogleg 15 to collect condensation water which collides on the waterdrop capture wall 16 and flows down to a bottom 18 of the dogleg 15 and condensation water which separates from the flow due to an inertia force when the exhaust gas 7 turns, and collides on the bottom 18 of the dogleg 15.
