    • PURPOSE:To contrive to remarkably improve the production of precast concrete panel by a constitution wherein movable side plates are allowed to move on a surface plate through sliding means. CONSTITUTION:A second movable side plate 25 is produced by fixing a mounting plate, the length of which corresponds to the length of the short side of a precast concrete panel to be cast, and a side mold 30 to a movable frame 26 and, after that, moved on the surface plate 1 along the direction indicated with the arrows B through a sliding means 35 in order to set the distance between a second fixed side plate 7 and the second movable side plate 25 equal to the length of the long side of the precast concrete panel to be cast. Next, a first movable side plate 20 is moved along the direction indicated with the arrows A through a sliding means 19 so as to abut a side mold 23 mounted to the first movable side plate 20 against the end of the second movable side plate 25. Under the conditions as just described above, fixing pins 38 are inserted in through holes 37 of the respective movable side plates 20 and 25 in order to fix the movable side plates 20 and 25 to the fixed side plates 3 and 7.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain the title fertilizer of high quality in a short period, by mixing a hydrous organic substance with a prescribed cellular CaSiO3 hydrate, fermenting the resultant mixture, sieving the fermented mixture and grading the sieved mixture. CONSTITUTION:A cellular CaSiO3 hydrate having >=3mm particle diameter and >=50% voids and, as necessary, a flocculant are added to an organic substance (e.g. sewerage sludge) with >=70wt.% moisture content and mixed in a mixer 3 to provide a mixture with 50-75wt.% moisture content, which is then charged into a fermenter 4 having about 200l internal volume, turned, stirred once every about 7 days and fermented for about 1 month to afford a fermentation treatment mixture. The obtained mixture is subsequently sieved with a sieve 5 of size about 3mm and graded into an organic fertilizer with a low content of the cellular CaSiO3 hydrate and the residual cellular CaSiO3 hydrate. The residual cellular CaSiO3 hydrate, as necessary, is air-dried, returned to the fermenter 4 in the fermentation treatment step and repassed through the grading step to produce an organic fertilizer.
