      SOLUTION: The feed water pipe 5 of the water-receiving tank facility 1 of the building is connected to suction pipes 3a, 3b which are each connected to the two water-receiving tanks 2a, 2b used for storing clean water, and the feed water pipe 5 performs pressure feeding of clean water from the water-receiving tanks to appropriate positions of the building by a feed water pump 4. Then the water-receiving tank facility of the building is provided with a branch main pipe 7 and two open/close valves 8a, 8b. The branch main pipe 7, which is provided by being branched from the downstream side of the feed water pump of the feed water pipe, is connected to branch pipes 6a, 6b connected to each of the water-receiving tanks. The clean water which is supplied with pressure by the feed water pump is circulated in the branch main pipe 7. Then the two open/close valves 8a, 8b, each of which is provided to each branch pipe, close the branch pipe connected to one of the water-receiving tanks, and open the branch pipe connected to the other water-receiving tank when water in the water-receiving tank is drained.
