摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify unloading from a trolley conveyor, by disengaging a conveyed piece on a free trolley engaged with a power trolley and conveyed by it, in a separation position and moving down the separated part of the free trolley. CONSTITUTION:The pusher 7 of a power trolley 5 is engaged between the main and auxiliary projections 11, 12 of a front free trolley 10a so that the free trolleys 10a, 10b are pulled by a power chain 6 and moved on a free rail 8. When separation unloading is effected, the main projection 11 comes into contact with a stopper 29 and the stopper is pushed in downward by the front slope of the main projection. As a result, the front free trolley 10a loses a driving forece. A conveying member 9 is stopped on a separation rail 8' and positioned and held by a lockup arm 30. When a ram 26 is protruded down, the separation rail 8' is also moved down as a conveyed piece remains secured on the rail.

摘要： PURPOSE:To automatically release a film cover and protect a film from damage, by providing a film cover release unit, a film cover move-down unit, a film cover compressor and a duster box unit. CONSTITUTION:A film cover 2 is separated from a drum-shaped film 1 by the attracting plates 9a, 9b of a film cover release unit S and moved down together with the attracting plate 39 of a film cover move-down unit U. When the moving- side rollers 20 of a film cover compressor V are moved rightward into contact with its fixed-side rollers 22, rollers 23, 29 are rotated and the film cover 2 is blocked by a stopper 31 from moving down and is compressed into the form of a bar. The cover 2 is dropped down to a chute 33 by the leftward motion of the roller 29 and reserved in a duster box unit W. Since the film cover is automatically released and efficiently reserved, the film is rapidly processed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent washing from dropping down to a floor, by surely transferring the washing to a holding bar. CONSTITUTION:This washing sorter comprises a plate 17 swingably supported on a conveyor 11, a support bar 25 which is provided on the plate 17 and supports the washing 42, a guide bar 38 which is moved in connection with the plate 17, and a rotary control means for swinging the tip of the guide bar 38 across the tip of the holding bar 40 by a sorting signal. The drop transfer of the washing from the support bar 25 by the sorting signal is effected in an optional position while the tips of the guide bar and the holding bar are crossed with each other. When the washing 42 approaches, a magnet acts. Tereby, a stopper 37 is turned to collide against a roller 19 to swing the plate 17. As a result, the guide bar 38 and the holding bar 40 are brought into contact with each other and the support bar 25 is swung by the contact of a cam 41 with a projection 21, so that the washing is surely transferred to the holding bar. Therefore, the washing is prevented from dropping down to the floor.
