摘要： PURPOSE:To shut off telephone calls calling indiscriminately by selecting only a specific calling subscriber who is taught previously a password and allowing an incoming call from said subscriber. CONSTITUTION:A changeover switch 3 is changed over when a telephone set 2 is in on-hook state, and a telephone circuit 1 is connected to circuits succeeding a ringback tone detecting circuit 4. When there is an incoming telephone call, the ringback tone is detected and transmitted to a sequence control circuit 9. The sequence control circuit 9 makes an answer by operating an off-hook circuit 5. A message transmitting circuit 6 is operated successively to send out a message of absence of the incoming subscriber. Then, the voice of a calling subscriber is discriminated and collated with the predetermined specific password, and a ringing bell 8 is allowed to sound only when the discriminated voice is coincident, informing the incoming subscriber of the telephone incoming.

After that, when the calling party sends out a special number by operating a push-button of the telephone set, it is received by a push-button signal receiving circuit 7, and when it coincides with a number decided in advance, telephone incoming is informed to a called party by ringing a call bell 8. When the called party takes up a transmitter and receiver of the telephone set 2, the changeover switched is switched, and the telephone line 1 is connected to the telephone set 2.
