    • PURPOSE:To obtain a data processor having the fail-safe properties by securing such a constitution where the data received from processors are compared with each other via a comparator for each bit and an error detecting circuit stops the transmission of an alternating signal by a coincidence signal received in response to the discordance of said data comparison. CONSTITUTION:If some discordant bits are detected out of the data on data buses DB5 and 15, a discordance signal UAS is produced before generation of an end bit signal BES and a flip-flop FFC40 kept set is reset. Therefore an FFC39 is kept reset under such conditions and both outputs (g) and (h) are set 0. Hereafter an output (h) is not set at 1 but fixed at 0. Thus the transmission an alternating signal is stopped. if the FFC40 is kept reset when the signal UAS is produced, the FFC39 is kept set and the output (g) is kept at 1. Then the FFC40 is changed to a set state to set the output (h) at 1. Thus both FFC39 and 40 maintain the reset states hereafter and fix the output (h) at 1 to stop the transmission of the alternating signal. In such a way, the fail-safe properties are secured for a data processor.

    • PURPOSE:To debug a program efficiently even in a program loop by outputting a coincidence detection signal when a desired program address to be detected appears by as many times as specified. CONSTITUTION:An external specified value (n) (=m-1) is set in a counter 21 and a detection address on a signal line 12 is set in a register 11 so as to detect a program address which coincides with the desired detected address appearing by (m) times (m>0). A comparator 16 compares the held contents (detected address) of the register 11 with a program address led to an input B. When the number of times of appearance of coincidence reaches (n), the counted value of a subtracting counter 21 becomes 0. A NOR gate 26 makes a signal line 27 true and opens an AND gate and a matching signal MATCH2 coincides with the state of a matching signal MATCH1 outputted by the comparator 16. Namely, the signal MATCH2 becomes true for the first time after the comparator 16 detects the [n+1(=m)]th coincidence.
