    • PURPOSE:To reflect a fine adjustable feeding quantity in a moving quantity accurately to perform the accurate cutting with preset cutting depth by performing the rough adjustable feeding with air cylinders, and thereafter, hindering the backing of a fitting plate with a back movement hindering means. CONSTITUTION:Air cylinders 30, 62 and a ball screw mechanism 42 are controlled for operation with a previously manufactured program. At a standing position, a disc member 54 of the end of a fitting plate 50 is positioned near a leg 11, and an insertion helping member 61 is positioned at a position shown with a chain line 64. When the fitting plate 50 is moved to the direction shown with an arrow A by the air cylinder 30, a cutting tool 20 is fed with rough adjustment as the fine adjustment is left, and the insertion helping member 61 is moved to the C direction by the air cylinder 62 to progress to a position shown with a real line 65. Next, when the fitting plate 50 is moved to the B direction, the insertion helping member 61 and the cutting tool 20 abut on each other to hinder the backing of the fitting plate 50 in the B direction. Under this condition, the cutting tool 20 is adjusted finely by the ball screw mechanism 42, but since the fitting plate 50 is not backed, the cutting depth corresponds to the fine adjustable feeding quantity accurately.

CONSTITUTION:A main spool 1 for switching a pressure fluid supply passage, a power unit 2 performing reciprocating piston-motion by the fluid supplied through the fluid supply passage switched by the main spool 1, a sub-spool 3 operated by the power unit to operate the main spool 1 to switch the fluid supply passage, and first and second speed controllers 9, 10 for adjusting the operating speed of the power unit 2 are provided. Since the operating direction of the fluid in the power unit 2 is changed by switching the flowing direction of the fluid, using the two spools 1, 3, and the speed controllers 9, 10 are provided to the passages which supply the fluid from the main spool to the power unit, to realize damping operation, smooth and accurate operation of a fluid drive can be produced.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain high stop accuracy by constructing the title device such as to be provided with a rotation preventing means for a rotary base, stopper pins and a piston rod, and a stopper arm brought in contact with a specific stopper pin, thereby performing intermediate stoppage in plural positions. CONSTITUTION:When a piston rod 12 is moved to the right, just before its stroke end, a damper 32 is brought in contact with a stopper pin 47 so a to stop the piston rod 12. Accordingly, the stop position of the piston rod 12, that is, a piston rod 11 is determined by adjusting the projecting length of the stopper pin 47 previously. When a motor 64 is rotated in the position where a stopper arm 31 is separated from stopper pins 47-50, a rotary base 44 is rotated, and the positions of the stopper pins 47-50 are changed. Accordingly, the stopper pins 47-50 are selectable by controlling the turning angle of the motor 64 so as to variate the stop position of the piston rod 12.
