摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to change reciprocating motion of a power output section by way of changing over the flow of fluid with two pieces of spools so that the motion of a piston member of the power output section can be smoothly and precisely reciprocated by way of cushioning it with a damper. CONSTITUTION:When a piston member 12 of a main spool 1 is in the retreat position, a fluid supply port 13 is connected through to a port 25 and connected through to a front side inlet and outlet port 28 of a power outlet position 2. Accordingly, a piston member 27 of the power output section 2 retreats. Because of this retreat motion, a sub-spring 3 and piston members 37, 48 of a cylinder device 5 simultaneously retreat through an arm 81. Then, when a large diametral part 43 of the piston member 37 passes a backside delivery port 42, the flow direction of the sub-spool 3 changes to the delivery port 42, the piston member 12 supplied to a supply port 17 of the main spool 1 advances and the supply port 17 changes to a backside inlet and outlet port 29 of the power output section 2 and the piston 27 advances. Advance and retreat motion is cushioned in a tank 57 connected through to the oil cylinder device 5.

A ring member 19 is used for adjusting this radial position to the desired value. And, when the push rod 14 reciprocates, a spring bearing piece 22 and a force transfer device unitized with this piece both reciprocate as well.

On the other hand, since a helical circumferential groove is turned as well, the spindle 24 is directed toward one side of the reciprocative twist action, brought up in the manner of sliding by the engagement of a fixed protruding member 26 and the circumferential groove and let fall down on the same track in the other direction.
