This analysis device has a macro creating function of determining an optimum condition value based on the information inputted by an analyst, information stored in the solvent database 231, or the like, and creating the macro program including the operation command by the optimum condition value. The macro program can be immediately executed by operating a switch 27 disposed in the device body.
