    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent proliferation of saprophytes in a distribution channel of drinking water and maintain a superior sanitary condition of drinking water.SOLUTION: A circulation flow passage is configured from a water-receiving vessel 7 for receiving drinking water in a raw water container 3, a raw water supply passage 10 for supplying the drinking water stored in the vessel to a cold water tank 2 by a pump 9, a first return pipe 26a and a second return pipe 26b which return the drinking water flowing through the raw water supply passage to the water-receiving vessel. A hot water tank 14 is provided in a midway of the first return pipe 26a and the second return pipe 26b, and heated water which is generated by heating the drinking water is supplied to the circulation flow passage via the hot water tank 14. The heated water is flowed through the water-receiving vessel 7 and so on and sterilized at a high temperature, whereby generation of saprophytes in the passage for drinking water can be obviated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water server capable of suppressing breeding of saprophyte on a gap between a guide cylindrical part and a joint part of a cap of a raw water container.SOLUTION: The cap comprises: an inner cylinder 46 forming a water outlet projecting toward inside of the raw water container; and a plug. On the inner cylinder 46, a step part whose diameter becomes smaller as going toward inside of the raw water container, and a fastening belt part 49 positioned continuous to the smaller diameter side of the step part, are formed. The plug comprises: a bottomed cylindrical part fitted to the inner cylinder 46; a fitting surface fitted to the fastening belt part 49 with interference; and an engaging part hooked to the step part. The joint part 15 is formed of a straight part fitted to the fastening belt part 49 with interference, and a cylinder having a tip 74 fitted to inside of the bottomed cylindrical part. On the straight part, water conduction hole 75 opening to inside of the raw water container at a position strayed off the inner cylinder 46 is formed. The water conduction hole 75 is formed into a size which does not stride over the fastening belt part 49 in a midway of inserting the straight part into the fastening belt part 49.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water server having hot water extraction function capable of preventing high temperature air from jetting from a hot water extraction pipe during hot water extraction.SOLUTION: Provided is a water server configured to introduce drinking water into a hot water tank 9 through a hot water tank supply pipe 10 from a buffer tank (upper tank) 7 disposed above the hot water tank 9. An end 31a of the hot water tank 9 side of a hot water extraction pipe 31 for extracting hot drinking water in the hot water tank 9 to outside is opened at a position having an interval from an upper surface 9a of the hot water tank 9 toward a lower direction. On an upper position of the opening position, a small hole 34 of an in-tank pipe 33 of the hot water tank supply pipe 10 is provided. Thereby when air accumulated on the upper part of the hot water tank 9 is increased, the air is discharged from the small hole 34 of the in-tank pipe 33 toward the buffer tank 7 through the hot water tank supply pipe 10, so that the high temperature air is not introduced into the hot water extraction pipe 31.
