    • PURPOSE:To increase strength of engagement of a handle to a container body by a method wherein a projection formed on a rearside of the handle is constituted of a main engaging projection which comprises of a plate part shaped in an inverted triangle. CONSTITUTION:A subsidiary engaging projection B is formed of support parts 6-2 and 6-3 rising up from a rear plate 6-1 of a handle 6, and subsidiary plate parts 6-4 and 6-5 extending integral with the support parts 6-2 and 6-3 in a direction to cross the rising direction of the support parts 6-2 and 6-3. On the other hand, a main engaging projection A is formed of support parts 6-6 and 6-7, and plate parts 6-8 and 6-9 extending integral with the support parts 6-6 and 6-7 in a direction to cross the rising direction of the support parts 6-6 and 6-7 and shaped into an inverted triangle with one corner directed downward. The support part 6-6 and 6-7 is formed of a vertical plate support and a lateral plate support to cross it at right angles, so that they can form a cross. An upper part of the plate parts 6-8 and 6-9 protrudes from an upper part of the support parts 6-6 and 6-7, and a triangle reinforcement rib 6L is provided on the protruding part. As the plate parts 6-8 and 6-9 are formed in an inverted triangle, molding material of a container is easy to flow deeply in the vertical direction, whereby the strength can be increased.

    • PURPOSE:To keep the inside of a bottle in an aseptic condition and also eliminate the need for any sealer removal operation, by providing a thin sealer capable of being broken through easily by a content filling nozzle and making the adhesive strength between a lid and the sealer greater than that between the sealer and a bottle neck. CONSTITUTION:After formation, a bottle 1 made of a synthetic resin is kept in an aseptic condition and a thin sealer 2 is attached to the neck portion 4 thereof. The bottles 1 are packed in cases and shipped to a content filling factory, where the bottle is placed on a filling line, the sealer 2 is broken through by a filling nozzle, contents are filled in the bottle and then a lid 3 is attached on the sealer 2. Here, the adhesive strength between the sealer 2 and the neck portion 4 is such as to permit an easy separation and that between the lid 3 and the sealer 2 is made much greater than the former. When pouring out the contents, therefore, the lid 3 is removed together with the sealer 2 remaining attached thereto, with the neck portion 4 open. Consequently, there is no need for providing a separate process to remove the sealer 2.

    • PURPOSE:To shorten a molding period of time by obtaining a blow molded article whose transparency is high, by quenching the molded article by filling immediately the inside of the molded article with cooling water pouring after completion of blow molding operation through pressing-in of blow air. CONSTITUTION:A blow nozzle 3 is in double-pipe structure and blow air BA is pressed into the inside of a parison P through a central passage of the blow nozzle 3. After completion of blow molding, cooling water W with which the inside of a molded article S is filled is poured immediately from the central passage of the blow nozzle 3. The blow air BA in the inside of the molded article is discharged by passing through an outside passage of the blow nozzle 3 through an air outlet 4 formed through opening on the upper end part of the blow nozzle 3. When quenching of a molded article S is attained, discharging air HA is pressed in within the molded article S through the outside passage of the blow nozzle 3, the cooling water W is drained out of the molded article S through the central passage of the blow nozzle 3, the molded article S is released by break both dies 2, and molding operation of the molded article is completed.
