摘要： PURPOSE:To reinforce adhesion of concrete by a method wherein a plurality of lines of protrusion are formed on the inner and outer surfaces of a steel pipe so that they cross each other with the thickness wall of the steel pipe therebetween, and concrete is placed at least on the one surface side. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of lines 11a and 11b of protrusion each extending at a given angle with an axial direction X of a pipe axis are formed on the inner and outer surfaces of a steel pipe 1. The direction of the line 11b of protrusion on the outer surface of the steel pipe and the direction of the line 11a of protrusion on the inner surface of the steel pipe are made different from each other, namely, the lines 11a and 11b of protrusion are caused to cross each other with the thickness wall of the steel pipe 1 therebetween. Concrete is placed at least on the one surface side of the inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipe 1. This constitution causes reinforcement of the steel pipe by means of the lines of protrusion on both surfaces and enables reinforcement of adhesion of concrete.

Then, concrete 6 or hardening material 5 like mortar is restricted around the anchor bolt 1 by means of steel pipes 3 to construct and not only the anti-drawing resistance of the anchor bolt 1 is enhanced but also a crack generation load of the concrete at the anchor part is improved. Also, when ticking power on inner and outer faces of steel pipes 3 is not sufficient, band steel 3a etc. is welded on inner/outer face of the steel pipe 3 to aim at enhancement sticking power of the steel pipe 3.

The chain 20 is removed, the coupling of the device 2 and the skeletons 1 is released, and while charging water into the skeletons 1, a winch 11 is operated to settle and set the skeletons 1 on the seabed. The cable 15 is removed out of the skeletons 1, the device 2 is removed out, and the pile 3 is cut down at a given depth under water.
