摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a powder which has high ultraviolet-shielding effect and can give a sun care cosmetic composition which can be applied in an indiscernible color by using a hollow spherical aluminosilicate. SOLUTION: The hollow spherical aluminosilicate used is allophane being a naturally occurring amorphous hydrated aluminum silicate clay mineral and is obtained by the iron removal and grinding of soil (e.g. Kanuma soil) formed as a result of the weathering of volcanic ash or pumice. It is usual that allophane is in the form of secondary particles being agglomerates of primary particles having a diameter of about 5 nm, and it is suitable that the mean secondary particle diameter is about 5,000 nm or below. If necessary, the hollow spherical aluminosilicate is hydrophobized by treatment with a fatty acid soap, a wax or a silicone oil before use. The amount of the hollow spherical aluminosilicate used in a sun care cosmetic composition is desirably 0.01-90 wt.% based on the total weight of the composition.

SOLUTION: The composition for revising uneveness is obtained by formulating a silicone oil with the viscosity of 15,000,000 cps or less at 25 deg.C preferably in an amount of 80.0 wt.% based on the weight that the weight of powder component is deducted from the whole weight of the composition and a powder component (e.g. silicon dioxide powder, silicone resin powder and silicone rubber powder) with a refractive index of preferably 1.3-1.5 preferably in an amount of 90.0 wt. % or more based on the whole weight of the powder component. It is preferable that the viscosity of the silicone oil is 10,000 cps or more at 25 deg.C and further a silicone oil with the low viscosity of 1-10,000 cps in the average viscosity, a silicone oil with the medium viscosity of 10,000-1,000,000 cps and a silicone oil with the high viscosity of 1,000,000-15,000,000 cps are used in combination.
