    • PURPOSE:To line the inner peripheral surface of an existing pipe with the diameter nearly as the same as that of existing pipe by a method wherein band-like body is turned into spiral pipe by inserting projected bead into recessed groove in order to strongly engage both side edge parts to each other through band material and, after the insertion of the spiral pipe into the existing pipe, the spiral pipe is diametrically expanded by separating the band material from the spiral pipe so as to bring the spiral pipe into tight contact with the inner peripheral surface of the existing pipe. CONSTITUTION:A pipe-making machine 20 spirally winds band-like body 20 by means of a pipe-making rollers 21 so as to insert the pressing-in part 13b of a fitting projected bead 13 in the fitting recessed groove 15 of the band-like body 10. Band material 20 is provided along the side edge part and the inclined side face 12a of a base plate 12 adjacent to the fitting projected bead 13 so as to be pinched between a stepped part 14 and the side edge part and the inclined side face 12a of the base plate 12. Spiral pipe 10' is produced by strongly engaging the side edge parts of the band-like body 10 with each other and delivered from the pipe-making machine 20 so as to be inserted in a sewage pipe 81 in order to axially push said spiral pipe 10' forward in the sewage pipe 81. When the tip of the spiral pipe 10' reaches the end of the sewage pipe 81, said tip is fixed to the end of the sewage pipe 81.

    • PURPOSE:To maintain the effect of a water seal by providing a large diameter section, a polygonal inflow cylinder which is connected to the large diameter section and a section of the lower part of which is twisted in the circumferential direction subsequently along the vertical direction, and a collecting section connected to the lower end thereof. CONSTITUTION:Drainage to be flowed into an inflow cylinder 13 from a riser 20 flows down along a side 13c curved in the shape of a spiral of the lower part 13a of the inflow cylinder 13. Then, the drainage flows down swiveling along a corner section 13d while it was flowing down along each side 13c. After that, the drainage flowing down through the inflow cylinder 13 is flowed from an outlet 12a to the inside of a large diameter section 1 and a collecting section 12 while maintaining a swiveling state, and it flows down along the circumferential surface of the large diameter section 1 and collecting section 12. Accordingly, an air axis is formed in the axial center section of assembly pipe joint 10, so that a variation in air pressure of the inside of a drain pipe can be reduced to prevent a water leakage of a trap.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of a synthetic sleeper for constituting a long size branch sleeper. SOLUTION: This connecting structure of the synthetic sleeper is connected by butting and adhering lengthwise directional end parts of two or more synthetic sleepers 1a and 1b. The mutual connecting end parts of the sleepers are mutually formed as complementary-shaped connecting parts 2a and 2b. The connecting parts are composed of a finger work part having the prescribed length in the sleeper lengthwise direction, and having a plurality of double helical projection parts 6 extending in the width direction of the sleepers. A reinforcing member 3a longer than the connecting parts is arranged on at least one surface of an upper surface, an under surface or front and rear side surfaces of the synthetic sleeper so as to cover the connecting parts 2a and 2b of the synthetic sleeper. The reinforcing member is adhered and joined to a surface of both synthetic sleepers. Reinforcing pins 4 and 5 are driven to obtain flexural strength of a certain degree from the initial stage of adhesion.
