SOLUTION: To one pipe end of one of pipes which open at different heights with a distance of counterposition of less than 2 m, one straight pipe portion of a first v-shaped bend pipe having a bent portion in the center between straight portions. To the other straight pipe portion of the first bend pipe, one straight pipe portion of a second v-shaped bend pipe having a bent portion in the center between straight portions is connected, via a joint chosen from a group consisting of MS union connection, union joint, half joint, welded joint, glued joint, flange joint and rubber ring joint, and the other straight pipe portion of the second v-shaped bend pipe is connected to the pipe end of the other pipe opened confronting, or connected by the use of an s-shaped bend pipe.

    • PURPOSE:To simply position a frame and to enable sure removal of the frame even in the event of a welding deformation by pressing the frame arranged in a fitting groove against the fitting groove via a ball plunger for positioning. CONSTITUTION:A welding jig is constituted of a base 2 and a plural number of the positioning tools 5 which are fixed on the prescribed position on the base and by which the fitting groove 51a is formed. In these positioning tools 5, the ball plunger 6 is provided which is composed of a ball 62 facing inside the fitting groove 51a and of a spring by which the ball 62 is energized in the direction to protrude to the fitting groove. Then, the positioning is done by pressing the frame 5, by which the fitting groove 51a is arranged, against the fitting groove 51a via the ball plunger 6. Thus, the frame is simply and surely removed with a little force.

CONSTITUTION:A strip like material 10 is spirally wound so that the surface of a base sheet 12 having fitting ridges 13, reinforcing ribs 19 and fitting recessed parts 15 vertically provided thereto become an outer periphery and the side edge part provided with the fitting edges 13 of the strip like material 10 fed to a pipe making machine is fitted in the stepped part 14 of one side edge part of the wound base sheet 12 and both parts becomes a mutually superposed state such that the fitting ridges 13 are fitted in the fitting recessed parts 15 of the stepped part 14. By inserting the insertion parts 13b of the fitting ridges 13 in the spaces of the fitting recessed parts 15, the engaging parts 13c of the insertion parts 13b are engaged with the engaging parts 15a of the fitting recessed parts 15 to be prevented from pulling-out and both parts 13, 15 become engaged state.

    • PURPOSE:To prepare a spiral pipe having high strength and excellent airtightness, by mounting a nozzle part applying the adhesive supplied by an adhesive supply means to the predetermined position of the strip like body fed by a feed means. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic motor 53 is driven to rotationally drive a drive roller 51 and a strip like body 90 is fed in a predetermined direction. Further, an adhesive supply pump 70 is driven to apply an adhesive to the engaging groove 95 of the strip like body 90 from a nozzle 75f. The nozzle 75f moves so as to follow the movement of a nozzle guide 75g to be always opposed to the engaging groove 95. The strip like body 90 is introduced into the cylindrical space formed by pipe forming rollers 30 while the unnecessary adhesive thereon is scraped off by a scraping part 78 and forcibly bent in a state contacted with the pipe making rollers 30 under rotation to be spirally wound. One side part 91a of the leading end part of the strip like body 90 is engaged with the engaging step part 94 of the strip like body 90 succeedingly introduced and the engaging rib 93 of the leading end part is engaged with the engaging groove 95 coated with the adhesive and the leading end of the engaging rib 96 of the succeeding strip like body 90 is engaged with the engaging part 92a provided to the side part of the leading part of the strip like body 90 having completed a revolution in the cylindrical space.

A drive roller is rotated to feed a tubular body onto an introducing guide 50 and a strip like body is introduced into the cylindrical space formed by the pipe forming rollers 30 to be contacted with the rollers under rotation so as to always cross said rollers at a right angle and apirally wound at the predetermined spiral angle formed by the pipe forming rollers and the side parts contacted with each other of the strip like body being wound are engaged to form the spiral pipe having a predetermined caliber.

A turning frame 15 and the swing arm 24 are made to approach to rollers 17 and 27 by driving air cylinders 22 and 26, and with the wire 20 turned around a rotary drum 18 drawn out a little, a workpiece W is fed from the rear section of a chute 9 and moved rolling forward. The workpiece W is discharged from the front end of the turning frame 15 and is received mounting on the wire 20. The length of the wire 20 is made long by increasing the drawing quantity of the wire 20 from the rotary drum 18 according to the number of the workpiece W for putting a lot of workpieces W together. After temporarily banding the workpiece W together, the turning frame 15 and the swing arm 24 are made turn upward for taking out the workpieces W.

    • PURPOSE: To produce a coated external-wall panel with a paint hardly deposited on the side face by applying a paint on the surface of the panel, then spraying a mixture of the compressed air and fine water droplet on the side face and washing away the paint depositing on the side face. CONSTITUTION: When an external-wall panel 3 on a roll conveyor 2 is moved along a fixed position, the panel is sensed by the photoelectric switch 41 of a detector 4, and the panel width is detected by a photoelectric switch 42. Consequently, a moving nozzle 52 is moved to the optimum position to wash away the side face of the panel 3. The panel 3 is then passed through a coater 1 and passed through a paint dripped in a film form from a paint reservoir 11, hence the surface is uniformly coated with the paint, the surplus paint flows along the side face, and the paint is deposited on the side face. The panel 3 is then passed between a fixed nozzle 51 and the moving nozzle 52, a mixture of the compressed air and fine water droplet is sprayed on both side faces from both nozzles 51 and 52, and the paint depositing on the side face is washed away.
