SOLUTION: An embedded plug (solid member for embed driven into an existing nail hole provided in a sleeper made of artificial lumber to connect both of them using urethane resin adhesive so as to fill the hole. Glass fibers are blended in the urethane resin adhesive. A length of the glass fiber is 2 to 6 mm, and an amount of blending is 10 wt.% or less of the whole adhesive.

A reinforcement member 3 longer than the connecting parts 2a, 2b is provided to cover the connecting parts 2a, 2b of the composite sleepers 1a, 1b on the upper surfaces, the lower surfaces, or at least one side of both sides of the composite sleepers 1a, 1b, and the reinforcement member 3 is bonded to the surfaces of both composite sleepers 1a, 2b.
