摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent semiconductor switching elements in use from breaking when an overvoltage is supplied, even if their withstand voltage is low. SOLUTION: A rectifying unit 4 rectifies an input commercial AC voltage. A smoothing capacitor 20 smoothes the rectified voltage from the rectifier unit 4. An inverter 28 converts the DC voltage of the capacitor 20 into a high-frequency voltage. A transformer 36 transforms the high-frequency voltage from the inverter 28. A converting unit 46 converts the transformed high-frequency voltage from this transformer 36 into a DC voltage. When a commercial AC voltage is supplied, a preliminary charger unit 48 preliminarily charges the smoothing capacitor 20 on the basis of this commertial AC voltage. When the commertial AC voltage is a specified value or more, an overvoltage protector unit makes the preliminary charger unit 48 and the rectifier unit 4 in a non- operating state.

摘要： PURPOSE:To generate a large quantity of ozone while the inter-electrode gap is maintained easily, by enclosing the first electrode in cylindrical form, etc., with a ceramic dielectric substance, winding the second electrode on the dielectric substance, and installing a non-polar electrode between second electrode layers. CONSTITUTION:The first electrode 1 in cylindrical or columnar form is installed in an outer cylinder 6 which is provided internally with a groove 6a as alongside the influx air and is enclosed with a ceramic dielectric substance 3. The second electrode 2 is wound on the dielectric substance 3, and ozone is generated between the second electrode 2 and a non-polar electrode 7 which is installed between second electrode layers 2. According to this constitution in which no flat plate electrode is used, a large quantity of ozone can be generated easily while the inter-electrode gap is maintained. If the diameter of the outer cylinder is varied, the mixture gas of ozone and air can be set freely, and mixture gas generating less stimulant smell can be taken out.

The positive and negative square wave outputs are alternately supplied to the welding load.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make the prevention of the breakdown of semiconductor elements possible by feeding the detected quantity of rectified output back to controlling circuits to operate a switching circuit in preference to the controlling circuits thereby turning off the elements according to the current values of the elements. CONSTITUTION:While the frequency of a switching circuit 2 is under controlling by the 1st controlling circuit 7, transistors 20, 21 are turned on and off successively while the outputs of (f), (g) are inverted with periods T1-T3 as half cycles. The off time TOFF formed fixedly by a timer 73 corresponds to the periods T1-T2 when the circuit 7 is under operation. When the 2nd controlling circuit 8 operates, first the output of a comparing amplifier 81 goes to a high level, and resets a pulse generator 71. At this moment, the supply of pulses from the generator 71 to a flip-flop (FF) 72 is stopped, and the operation of the circuit 7 is stopped as well. On the other hand, the FF72 is inverted by an amplifier 81, and the TRs which begin to flow abnormal currents are turned off.
