摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the flattened article which has small volume and easy handling, and moreover makes the foam stably in dimension in wet condition and then is capable of applying to low heat resistive members to be fitted, by flattening the composition in which a water swelling binder has been added into the cavities of an elastomeric foam. CONSTITUTION:First, A water swelling binder (e.g., starch, PVA, etc.) is contained in the cavities 2 of an elastomeric foam 1. Next preferably, after said binder has been liquefied by a solvent, the solvent is vapourized, while flattening the foam 1 by heating under pressure. Simultaneously, the foam 1 is dried until the binder is solidified at the flattened state being kept as it is, whereby the flattened state is kept by the water swelling agent, and the form 1 may be restored to the original foam in wet atmosphere. Thus, the objective flattened article 3 is obtained. EFFECT:Said flattened article is easily inserted into between the members to be fitted and is excellent is operative property. The restoring time to an original foam is short.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain excellent surface flatness and thickness accuracy, by laminating a glass powder sheet consisting of glass frit, a resin binder and a dispersant to a ceramic substrate under pressure through a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:As glass frit, usual PbO-B2O3-SiO2 glass is used and, as a resin binder, an acrylic resin is especially pref As a dispersant, a usual surfactant is used if necessary. A proper solvent and an additive such as a defoaming agent are added to this composition and the resulting mixture is cast by a doctor blade to obtain a glass powder sheet having good thickness accuracy. Said powder sheet and a ceramic substrate are bonded under pressure through the adhesive layer provided there between and the obtained laminate is baked at a temp. melting the glass frit.

摘要： PURPOSE:To form a desired pattern even when a screen is not used at all, by a method wherein a glaze composition layer is formed in a base material film and a mask film is superposed to said film to irradiate the same with ultraviolet rays to form a glaze pattern which is, in turn, transferred to a ceramic substrate under pressure and said substrate is baked. CONSTITUTION:A glaze composition layer based on glass frit and an ultraviolet curable resin is formed on a film and a mask film is superposed to said film to irradiate the glaze composition layer with ultraviolet rays to cure, develop and wash the same. Next, the glaze pattern is transferred to a ceramic substrate, to which a thermal head must be formed, under pressure and heated to volatilize a resin binder and a pressure-sensitive adhesive and the glazed substrate for the thermal head having a glazed layer formed thereto in a desired shape is obtained.

The similar material to the organic high molecular binder used for making the alloy powder sheet 1 and other heat hardening resin materials are used for the material of the material 3, 3 for adhesive fixing.

CONSTITUTION:The mixture layer composed of the powder of the metal or alloy contg. the element for high alloying and the acrylic adhesive binder is formed on the surface of the casting mold or chiller corresponding to the section to be highly alloyed on the surface of a cast iron member. The mold is then held for >=5min at 150-380 deg.C in a non-oxidizing atmosphere and is thus heat-treated in order to prevent oxidation. When the molten cast iron is poured into the mold, the metallic components of the powder sheet layer are melted or diffused into the section corresponding to the casting product by the heat of the molten metal, by which the high-alloyed layer is formed.
