This arrangement can prevent abrasion at a thrust support portion.

That is to say, the leaked spot is confined to this part, and the outer diameter of the plug spool 149 is small enough so that its peripheral length is short, thus oil is hard to leak out. Thus, since the leakage quantity is little, wasteful discharge flow in an oil pump is well reduced so that efficiency is improved.
