The suction nozzle body 17 comprises a turning connection part 20 with an exhaust passage on the upper side and an intake passage on the lower side, connected to be turnable in the vertical direction relative to a suction nozzle body 19, a lower connection pipe 21 and an upper connection pipe 22, turnable in the left/right directions relative to the rotating connection part 20, with independent two passages communicating with the exhaust passage and the intake passage of the rotating connection part 20 respectively, and a flexible connection pipe making the exhaust passage of the rotating connection part 20 communicate with the intake passage inside the suction nozzle body 19.
