摘要： PURPOSE:To decrease power consumption and to lower manufacturing cost, by determining a position of a recess such that a permanent magnet is apart from the recess when an armature is stabilized by the permanent magnet and a return spring and the permanent magnet is faced with the recess when the armature is actuated by excitation of a coil. CONSTITUTION:Position of a recess 9d is determined such that a permanent magnet 5 is away from the recess 9d when an armature 2 is stabilized by the permanent magnet 5 and a return spring 15, and the permanent magnet 5 is opposed to the recess 9d when the armature 2 is actuated by excitation of a coil 1. If the armature 2 is in the returned state, the coil 1 is not excited and magnetic flux generated by the permanent magnet 5 flows through a path phi1. When current is supplied to the coil 1 in the same direction to that of magnetic flux of a path phi1 flowing across a gap G4, the magnetic flux passes through a path phi2 and the recess 9d is opposed to the pole N of the permanent magnet 5 as the armature 2 is moved. Thereby, a magnetic circuit whose magnetic force is provided by the permanent magnet 5 is opened. In this manner, the gaps G1-G4 are closed and a closed magnetic loop not passing the permanent magnet 5 is formed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve reliability, by interposing a permanent magnet between central parts of a first magnetic core, having the section of U-shape and one part thereof is fitted to the inside of the other part thereof. CONSTITUTION:A linear pulse motor is constituted of central parts 1, 2 and a pair of opposing legs 3, 6 and is provided with a pair of first magnetic cores 15, 16, formed with magnetic pole teeth 7-10 on the end face thereof and wound with coils 11-14, a permanent magnet 17, interposed between the central parts 1, 2 of the first cores 15, 16, and a second magnetic core 19 having a magnetic pole teeth 18, while the second magnetic core 19 is constituted movably in the same direction as the arranging direction of the legs 3, 6 with respect to the first magnetic cores 15, 16. According to this constitution, the permanent magnet 17 is interposed between the central parts of the first cores 15, 16, in which one part thereof is fitted to the inside of the other part thereof, therefore, the magnetizing direction of the permanent magnet 17 may be single direction. Accordingly, the permanent magnet 17 may be magnetized after assembling and a problem such as the adhesion of iron powder or the like during assembling may be eliminated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a stable thrust and a high responsibility without causing the friction torque and torque ripple, by changing over the feed of exciting coils in response to the relative position of a permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:A motor body 6 has a multitude of exciting coils 3-5 arranged mutually deviantly in the same direction as in the direction of actuation opposite to permanent magnets 1 and 2 where a plurality of different poles N and S are lined up in the same direction as in the direction of actuation. The exciting positions of each exciting coil 3-5 against the permanent magnets 1 and 2 are detected by magnet detection elements 7-9. In the output waveform generated one after another by these magnetic detection elements 7-9 with the actuation of the motor causing body 6, a position detecting means 10 makes the trailing edge overlap the leading edge of the output waveform generated by the neighbouring elements. Hysterisis switches 11-13 change over the exciting coils 3-5 in response to the output voltage of the position detecting means 10.

Magnetic flux is returned to the magnets 5, 6, via the magnets 5, 6, one end section 7 of the yoke, the other end section 8, the space 4', the magnetic flux focusing yokes 12, 13, the coils 2, 3, the space 4, and the magnetic collector yokes 14, 15, and a closed magnetic circuit is formed, and the flux crosses the magnetic flux of the coils 2, 3. As a result, magnetic efficiency is improved and high torque can be obtained.
