    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the water content state of chips within a range suitable for microbe activity to decompose organic matter by controlling a wind blowing means, a stirring means, and a heating means so as to keep the time taken to elevate the inner temperature of a sensor to a prescribed temperature from the temperature before heating within a preset zone having a prescribed range. SOLUTION: A water content state detecting sensor 6 (hereafter called as a sensor) comprises a heat radiating resistor body 11, a thermistor 12, etc. The temperature (of the surface of a case) of the sensor 6 is measured by measuring the resistance of the thermistor 12. On the other hand, when electricity is applied to the heat radiating resistor body 11, the inner temperature of the sensor 6 is elevated. The alteration of the temperature elevation is measured with the lapse of time and a wind blowing means, a stirring means, and a heating means are so controlled as to keep the elevation time within a preset zone having a prescribed range. Consequently, the chip state can be adjusted as to keep the water content within the optimum range for decomposition treatment of garbage by microbe. Additionally, the optimum zone of the water content state can be set in a wide range.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the frequency of maintenance of a microfilter membrane to lower expense by installing a diaphragm-free electrolyzer and the microfilter membrane in a circulating channel of a circulating purifier for circulating bath water in a bathtub to purify it by a filter. SOLUTION: In a circulating purifier S, in a circulating channel 2 whose suction port 20 and discharge port 21 are immersed in bath water 1 in a bath tub, a pump 22, a heater 23 and a tank filter 3 are installed in this order from the suction port 20 side to the discharge port 21 side. A bypass path 6 is provided so that it is branched from the circulating channel 2 on the downstream side of the pump 22 and that the bath water 1 from the bypass path 6 joins with that on the upstream side of the pump 22, and in midst of the bypass path 6, a diaphragm-free electrolyzer 4 and a microfilter 5 are installed. And in the bypass path 6 between the diaphragm-free electrolyzer 4 and the microfilter 5, a switching valve 7 is installed, and through the switching valve 7. The bypass path 6 and the circulating channel 2 are in fluid communication connected by a channel 8, and furthermore, and through a stop valve 9 and a channel 10, the upper part of the microfilter 5 and the circulating path 2 are in fluid communication connected.
