    • PURPOSE:To control a robot with high work efficiency by matching a velocity, which is designated by an object velocity generation part, and an object position from an object position generation part in a velocity move generation part and simultaneously controlling both the object position and object velocity. CONSTITUTION:When the velocity is controlled at a time to discriminate an instruction attribute, an instruction execution control part 3 prepares an object velocity Vr by an object velocity generation part 7. Next, in the velocity move generation part 8, the Vr is added to an object position Pi for this time and a final object position Pd for reflecting the velocity Vr. In a positioning control part 9, when respective shaft moving quantities for this time are determined from the Pi and outputted to respective shaft motors, a robot 10 is moved toward the object position Pi for this time. By matching a velocity V designated by the generation part 7 and the object position Pi for this time from an object position generation part 4 in the velocity move generation part 8, the moving quantity of each shaft is determined and only the shaft under position can be operated by velocity control even during position control. Thus, both the object position and object velocity can be simultaneously controlled.

    • PURPOSE:To miniaturize a humidity sensitive element, to reduce a heat loss at a heating time, and to simplify a manufacturing process, by a method wherein a humidity snsitive ceramic layer is coiled around a cylindrical resistant heating substance, and a conductive electrode layer is formed on the surface of the ceramic layer to secure them into a monolithical unity. CONSTITUTION:A humidity sensitive element 11, formed into a direct heat type, is constituted such that a heat resistant core rod 12, a humidity sensitive ceramic 13, and a conductive electrode layer are burned and hardened into a monolithical unity, a lead wire 15 is installed in a given position of a conductive electrode layer 14, and a heater 16, working a resistant heating wire, is positioned in a spiral between the heat resistant core rod 12 and the humidity sensitive ceramic 13. In case a humidity in atmosphere is measured using the humidity element 11 so constituted, it is measured through the lead wire 15 located in a given position of the conductive electrode layer 14 and the wire for the heater 16. Contaminants on the surface of the humidity sensitive element 11 exposed to the air are removed by heating the humidity sensitive element itself to a given temperature through energizing of the heater 16 with a high current, and this permits the restoration of a humidity property.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain an analog-value generating element which makes it possible to obtain various voltage waveforms easily and momently and can be mass-produced.
CONSTITUTION: On insulating substrate 11, six voltage application electrodes 13 applied with a voltage from the voltage application circuit via respective conductors 12 and sixteen voltage detection electrodes 15 scanning a voltage via conductors 14 by the voltage scanner circuit are provided. Conductors 12 and 14, and electrode 13 and 15 on substrate 11 are buried separately in insulating coating 16 with electrodes 13 and 15 exposed and on this insulating coating layer 16, resistive coating layer 17 made of a resitive material is formed in contact with surfaces of respective electrodes 13 and 15. Then, each voltage application electrode 13 is applied with a voltage from the voltage application circuit and the voltage of each voltage detection electrode 15 is extracted by sequential scanning, so that desirable analog voltage waveforms can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain an analog-value generating element which makes it possible to various vosltage waveforms easily and momently and can be mass-produced.
CONSTITUTION: On insulating substrate 11, several conductors 14 for voltage detection are provided, on which insulating coating layer 16 is formed except parts for voltage detection electrodes 15 so as to bury conductors, and on the layer, resistive coating layer 17 is formed which is made of a resistive material. As a result, part of the resistive coating layer comes in contact with conductor exposure parts and voltage detection parts 15 are formed. On the top surface of the resistive coating layer, similar conductors 14' and 14" for voltage detection are provided in a layer shape and coating with insulating coating layer 16 is done except two uppermost voltage electrode application electrode parts 13. Then, each voltage application electrode 13 is applied with a fixed voltage and the detection voltage voltage of voltage detection electrode 15, 15' or 15" is extracted by sequential scanning, so that desirable analog voltage waveforms can be obtained.
