CONSTITUTION: When the load of goods is carried by the manual operation of a continuous unloader, the tip position of a dig-out part 11 from a base point on a quay is computed from the position of a travel frame 2, the swivel angle and the elevation angle of a boom 4, the swivel angle of a bucket elevator 5, the expansion quantity of a dig-out part 11 and the like and the tip position of the dig-out part 11 is corrected from the relative position of a ship S with respect to the continuous unloader. The closest position of the tip position of the dig-out part 11 to the wall of a hold 20 within a divided zone at the time of diging operation of one layer is adopted as the maximum reach position to seek a plane shape in the hold by connecting the maximum reach position in the lateral direction at the time of diging operation of every layer. It is repeated at every time of cutting-in and the maximum reach position of a vertically continuous zone is connected in the direction of a depth to seek a profile shape inside the hold. The three-dimensional shape inside the hold is computed from both shapes.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the kneading performance and kneading treatment capacity of a kneading machine by specifying the ratio of the cylindrical inside diameter of an exciting and kneading machine to the diameter of a compacting medium, the filling rate of the compacting medium and the speed of rotations in an exciting motor. CONSTITUTION:The ratio of the cylindrical inside diameter of an exciting and kneading machine to the diameter of a compacting medium is regulated to >=15, and the filling rate of the compacting medium in the exciting and kneading machining is regulated to 13 to 50%. Then, a pulverized sintering raw material is fed to the above exciting and kneading machine and is kneaded. At this time, for executing the kneading under the operating condition of 3 to 10g vibrating acceleration in the kneading machine, the speed of rotations in an exciting motor of the exciting machine, e.g. in a vibro motor is controlled. At the time of kneading the pulverized sintering raw material under the above-mentioned conditions, the moisture content in the kneaded material is made uniform, and its pelletizing properties in the following pelletizing stage is remarkably improved. Moreover, by the compacting effect, the ball strength of the kneaded material is improved, and furthermore, the effects of accelerating the circulating speed of a rod and the transferring speed of the raw material, improvement in treating capacity or the like can be obtd.

In this case, the fine mist streams 8 having 50-200mum diameter with high pressure air by two mist stream blowing devices 5, 5 are blow to the mixed raw material 2 from the front surface and rear of the raw material flow and after adding the moisture, this is made to the flaky shape with the kneader 3 having plural columnar rods 35 and being excited with exciting roller 33. This is charged to a granulating machine to obtain a pellet-like sintering raw material having uniform composition, excellent strength, suitable grain size and excellent sinterability.

The movement commands to a traveling control device 51, a turning tower control device 52, a turning boom control device 53, an elevator turning control device 54, and a tilt link part control device 56 are generated based thereon, and transmitted to the respective control devices. The drilling part 25 is thus started to move to the designated hatch H1.
