    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a comfortability by installing a damping damper to damp the swing of a rigid frame structure on a frame structure comprising a column and a beam located on each story and also installing a brace to increase the rigidity of the rigid frame structure on the frame structure on each story located on both sides of the frame structure. SOLUTION: Multiple columns 1 are erected at specified intervals, and multiple beams 2 are bridged across the columns 1 and 1 so as to construct a rigid frame structure A of multi-story and multi-span type. Then a column 1 restricted by the frame structures B is difficult to be extensible, the rotating deformation of the frame structure C becomes small, and the frame structure C slides laterally together with the frame structure B causing shearing deformation. Thus the swing of the rigid frame structure can be damped rapidly.
