摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain a refrigerator which uses a refrigerator oil highly compatible with a refrigerant mainly comprising a fluorocarbon contg. no chlorine (e. g. HFC-134a). CONSTITUTION: This refrigerator is applied for a refrigeration cycle consisting of a compressor 40, a condenser 41, an expansion mechanism 42, and an evaporator 43, uses a refrigerant mainly comprising a fluorocarbon contg. no chlorine and having a critical temp. of 40 deg.C or higher, and uses a refrigerator oil of which the base oil is a fatty acid ester having a viscosity of 2-70cSt at 40 deg.C and 1-9cSt at 100 deg.C and at least two ester bonds (-OCO-) in the molecule. The refrigerator oil, highly compatible with the refrigerant, exhibits an excellent lubricity and enables a highly reliable refrigerating cycle to be realized.

摘要： PURPOSE: To realize a highly reliable refrigerant compressor which can withstand a prolonged application using excellent oil of a refrigerant machine allowing the using of fluorocarbon 134a or the like as alternative refrigerant of fluorocarbon 12 in conformity with the regulation of fluorocarbon. CONSTITUTION: An oil of a refrigerating machine with which a closed container of a refrigerant compressor is filled is produced by adding a moderate amount of an epoxy compound having more than one epoxy group in a molecule and moreover, a phenol based anti-oxidation agent preferably to the oil of the refrigerating machine such as an ester oil, alkyl benzone or mineral oil. The epoxy groups open the ring thereof to trap acid formed by a reaction between a refrigerant and the oil or the refrigerant and water thereby improving resistance of the oil to the refrigerant significantly. This can prevent corrosion, wearing and damage of a slide part of the compressor as caused by a rise in the total acid value of the oil, copper plating phenomenon or the like, thereby enabling the realization of a highly reliable refrigerant compressor.

摘要： PURPOSE:To largely reduce thermal conductivity under a specific degree of vacuum by using continuous bubble formed body for an insulating meterial for a refrigerator. CONSTITUTION:A core material is comprised of compressed hard polyurethane foam 4a including continuous bubbles formed from flat bubbles having a thickness of 0.04mm or less and the core material is covered with a container 5 comprising a film having gas barrier property so that the pressure of the interior thereof is reduced to seal the container, thereby constituting a vacuum insulating material 6. By forming the bubbles of the hard polyurethane foam into a flat shape in this manner, distance of gap between the bubble films becomes shorter and hence thermal conductivity under vacuum of 0.1-0.01Torr can be largely reduced, so that lightweight insulating material of high performance can be obtained.

CONSTITUTION:95-80wt.% heavy branched alkylbenzene based on a dialkylbenzene produced as a by-product in, for example, the synthesis of a monoalkylbenzene, desirably, a dialkylbenzene having 12-36 carbon atoms on the average in the molecule and having an alkyl group such as a group of the formula (wherein n >= 1) composed of an alkyl group as the main chain to which the second alkyl groups such as a methyl group is attached is used as a base oil and this base oil is mixed with 5-20wt.% naphthenic mineral oil containing 0.03-0.1% S and 5-15ppm of N so that the obtained mixture may have a kinematic viscosity of, desirably, 8-70cSt.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a carbide from being formed in a discharge valve as well as to secure good sealability over a long period of time, by forming an oil-repellent resin layer on a surface of the discharge valve in a compressive mechanism part, in the case of the compressor that housed an electric motor and the compressive mechanism part in a case. CONSTITUTION:A compressor to be used for a refrigerator or the like has a compressive mechanism part, housing a rotor 6 to be rotated by the electric motor housed in a common vessel via a crankshaft 11 in a cylinder 5. This compressive mechanism part, in turn, has a discharge valve 3 discharging the refrigerant gas compressed at time of completion of a compression stroke, at the lower bearing 1. This discharge valve 3 consists of a lower discharge valve 3a and an upper discharge valve 3b, and its opening limit is regulated by a retainer 2 to be positioned in the outermost part. In this case, an oil- repellent resin layer consisting of a fluororesin polymer or the like such as ethylene polytetrafluoride, etc., is formed on a surface of the lower discharge valve 3a, whereby a carbide is prevented from being formed on the surface.

As the result, a space between a stator and the rotor can be diminished, and stiffeners of steel plates or the like are not required to be arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the permanent magnet 3, and so magnetic leakage is reduced, and the efficiency of a motor can be enhanced.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a low density high strength urethane heat insulating material by selecting stiff polyol and an isocyanate having low solubility and increasing water being mixed with a cyclopentane foaming agent. SOLUTION: A box and a door are set in a urethane die and preheated to fill the air gap part (mixture composition premixed with polyol mixture and water, cyclopenthane, catalyst and foam arranging agent and isocyanate) with hard polyurethane foam through foaming. Chemical reaction takes place between urethane foam and an isonyanate to generate a pressure for injecting foamed urethane into the cabinet and door of a refrigerator and a heat insulating box 1 is formed. A polyol based hard polyurethane foam exhibiting low solubility to cyclopentane is employed and mixing rate of a cyclopentane foaming agent is decreased while the mixing rate of water having adverse effect on thermal conductivity is increased.
