    • PURPOSE:To retain dielectric property of a mold coil with a layer insulator and to obtain the coil of large shearing adhesive strength and of difficult separation by employing heat resistant film for thin insulator arranged among laminated conductors and bonded to the conductors with synthetic resin and arranging glass non- woven fabric on both sides thereof. CONSTITUTION:A layer insulator 7 is formed by using heat insulating film 1 of aromatic polyamide or the like as a core material and arranging glass non-woven fabrics 2, 3 on both sides of the film 1, and arranged between coil conductors 4. Thus, it can obtain sufficient dielectric property and 20-30X10 cm/cm/ deg.C. of thermal expansion coefficient of glass non-woven fabrics 2, 3 approaching to 17X 10 cm/cm deg.C. of thermal expansion coefficient of the coil conductor 4 to thereby reduce the residual shearing stress caused due to the difference of the thermal expansion coefficients therebetween to thereby improve the shearing adhesive strength of the insulator.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a slide insulating plate durable for the repetition of sliding under a surface presseure, by means of applying a lubricant on the hardened insulating plate on surface of which finely recessed parts are constructed. CONSTITUTION:As a core material 2, is used a soft aromatic polyamide paper or nonwoven fabric, having a good holding of the lubricant perfluoropolyethel, with a density of 0.2 to 0.4g/cm . On both sides of said core 2, is consturcted a slide insulating plate, made by pasting together a hardened aromatic polyamide paper 1 with a density of 0.7 tod 1.0g/cm . And with FRP plate used for the core material 2, many of finely recessed parts 3 are formed in surfaces corresponding to the insulating plate 1 in the both sides made of the above described hardened aromatic polyamide paper 1, and the slide insulating plate, that holds the above described lubricant within said recessed part 3, is constructed. The slide insulating plate, constructed in such method as said in the above, if selectively applied for in accordance with the purpose, can be fully durable for the sliding operation under a surface pressure between the coil and the conductor and between the coil and the fixed material.

    • PURPOSE:To raise the mechanical strength of winding and insulating material at the time of operation by raising adhesion with conductor by the procedure in which a resin-treated fibrous base material is wound around the innermost layer of winding conductor and then its outside layer is wound with an insulating material and subjected to hot forming treatment. CONSTITUTION:The resin-treated fibrous base material 5, e.g., glass cloth, glass unwoven fabric, etc., is wound around the conductor 2, its surface is wound with the pre-preg polyimide film 3, and then its surface is further wound with the pre- preg mical tape 4 into a definite turn to form the winding 1. The formation of such a winding insulated layer increases greatly the adhesion between the conductor 2 and the pre-preg polyimide film 3, thus preventing the winding insulated layer from exfoliation due to mechanical stress during operation and also raising electric characteristics.
