    • PURPOSE:To automatically feed a photographic film out of the inside of the cartridge by driving and rotating a sprocket wheel engaging with perforations from the outside. CONSTITUTION:A semicircular cylindrical body 5a of a light shielding means 5 exists in the 1st position perpendicular to a photographic film drawing out port 8 and maintains the light shielding state in a cartridge body 4 to prevent the additional advance of the light advancing from the photographic film drawing out port 7 into the cartridge body 4. The front end of the photographic film 3 exists just before the semicircular cylindrical body 5a while the perforations 3a are held engaged with the projecting parts 6a of the sprocket wheel 6. The semicircular cylindrical body 5a is rotated 90 deg. counterclockwise and is thereby moved to a 2nd position, by which the photographic film drawing out passage 8 held closed by the semicircular cylindrical body 5a is communicated with the photographic film drawing out port 7. The photographic film is automatically delivered from the inside of the cartridge 1 to the outside of the cartridge 1 in this way.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to load a photographic film in a camera even in a state where the leading edge part of the film is not previously drawn out from a cartridge main body by providing a film pressing member which presses the film from the side of a base surface to the side of the shaft of a spool on the inner wall of the cartridge main body. CONSTITUTION:The film pressing members 11-13 which press the photographic film 5 from the side of the base surface to the side of the shaft of the spool 6 and transmit the rotational force of the spool 6 to the side of the leading edge part of the film 5 are provided on the inner wall of the cartridge main body 1. Therefore, the film 5 is easily fed to the outside of the cartridge main body 1 from the film entrance 20 just by rotating the spool 6 in a direction opposite to the rewinding direction thereof. Thus, the film is loaded in the camera even in the state where the leading edge part of the film is not previously drawn out from the cartridge main body.

The injection moldings are obtained by injection-molding the resin.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent offset sticking of a mask sheet when an instant film is produced.
      SOLUTION: A mask sheet 5 is produced by dry laminating using a PET sheet 13 and a VMPET sheet 14. The PET sheet 13 coated with an adhesive 36 and the VMPET sheet 14 are stuck together by hot pressing at a sticking section 27. A load of 5 kg is applied to the PET sheet 13, a load of 8 kg is applied to the VMPET sheet 14, and by this load difference the produced mask sheet 5 is curled in the width direction of the sheet 5 with the PET sheet 13 inward. When an instant film is produced, since the mask sheet 5 is conveyed with the PET side downward, edge parts of the mask sheet 5 are prevented from running upon guide chutes formed in a guide rail and from being crushed by the guide chutes.
