摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve oil separation effect, and to enlarge an oil storing chamber by effectively utilizing a space in a discharge chamber. SOLUTION: A partition wall 36 for partitioning an oil storing chamber 37 and a discharge chamber 38, is curved in a vertical direction corresponding to the shape of a structure around a discharge port, and the upper expanded areas 37a, 37b for expanding the oil storing chamber 37 upward, are formed. An oil separating unit 50 is mounted in the discharge chamber 38, a gas discharge port of which an upper part is opened to an outer part of a housing 30, is formed, and an oil discharge hole 5 communicated with the upper expanded area 37a, is formed on a lower part of the oil separating unit 50. Plural upper expanded areas are optionally formed under a condition that the upper expanded area 37a where the oil discharge hole 55 is formed, and the other upper expanded area 37b are communicated, for example, through a degassing passage mounted on an edge face joint part of the partition wall 36.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the excessive heating and specific volume by integrally forming a fixed scroll with a shell forming a profile, providing this shell with a spiral recessed groove, and forming a suction port communicated with the peripheral end of the spiral groove and for sucking the refrigerant gas from a refrigerating circuit to a compression chamber before compression. SOLUTION: In a scroll compressor, a front housing is fastened to a front part of a shell 1 by plural bolts 3 through an O-ring, and a rear housing is fastened to a rear part of the shell 1 by bolts through a gasket. Inside of this shell 1 is provided with a spiral recessed groove 1a so as to form a fixed scroll formed of a fixed spiral part 1b of the inner and outer walls and a fixed side plate of a residual part. The shell 1 is provided with a suction port 1f passing through at a position close to the peripheral end of the spiral groove 1a, and this suction port 1f is connected to an evaporator of a refrigerating circuit. A movable spiral part 12b of a movable scroll is engaged with a fixed side plate and a fixed spiral part 1b of the fixed scroll so as to form a compression chamber P.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically driven compressor of a suction refrigerant cooling type, having a simple structure permitting a small size, a lighter weight and a lower cost. SOLUTION: A motor part M is installed on a top side in a top-to-bottom direction and a compressing mechanism C is on a bottom side for operation. Thus, a refrigerant containing a lubricant flows from the motor part M on the upper side to the compressing mechanism C on the lower side and all flows into the compressing mechanism C without being left in the motor part M, therefore achieving a structure of lubricating the compressor without providing a special oiling mechanism. The need for a conventional lubricant reserving part and the oiling mechanism leading to a complicated structure is eliminated and so the electrically driven compressor has a simple structure permitting a smaller size, a lighter weight and a lower cost.

SOLUTION: During starting, when an air-conditioning switch signal S is turned to ON, the whole quantity of load A in a compressive mechanism is burdened by output B in the built-in electric motor of a hybrid type compressor and started, wherefrom it is gradually going to be replaced with load C in the external driving force. Therefore, since a size of the load C will not suddenly change at all, there is no torque shock produced. As a sudden change in the output or load in the built-in motor is produced in the hybrid type compressor, it will not be affected in the outside as a torque shock. In addition, during stopping, another load B is generated by the built-in motor, and it is equilibrated with output C in an air-conditioning load burdening portion of the external driving force in place of the load A of this extinctive compressive mechanism, and subsequently the load B is gradually decreased, while the output C in the corresponding external driving force is gently decreased.

A circumferential inner wall surface 121a of the separating chamber 121 is formed with a lead-in hole 122 for leading the discharged refrigerant into the separating chamber 121 and a discharge hole 123 for discharging the separated lubricating oil to the oil reservoir chamber 130. At this stage, the lead-in hole 122 is arranged over the discharge hole 123, and while both the holes 122, 123 are opened in the tangent direction of a circumferential inner wall surface 121a so as to restrict the fluctuation of the oil level of the oil reservoir chamber 130 due to the discharged lubricating oil.

The oil storing chamber 18 is communicated with a sliding part of a fixed spiral part 1b and a movable side plate 12C by an oil supply hole formed on a gasket 33, and an oil supply hole 1h formed on the shell 1. A filter 34 for capturing the foreign matters, is mounted between the oil storing chamber 18 and the oil supply holes formed on the gasket 33.
